Nigerians wake up !!! This refinery is not a win for Dangote, but a blessing for Nigeria. Your country will be the richest if you deliver oil. In my country the govt would subsidize the refinery to make it succeed beyond.
The people running the country don't care
Sadly Africans and their leaders can’t reason 🙄
NIGERIA needs this refinery .Please dont sabotage this man's effort.
@@veronicadave1450 when has anything connected to the government ever benefited Nigeria?
I really don't know what an average Nigerian can do at this point
From seeing a lot of the comments, it seems like a lot of Nigerians are so blinded with hatred towards Dangote that they rather see him fail than see him succeed if it means Nigeria also succeeds. Maybe a lot of Nigerians deserve the current situation that they have. You choose the lesser of two evils. Dangote & the refinery succeeds and he becomes extremely richer BUT as a result, Nigeria potentially rises significantly OR Dangote fails and you go back to having the same useless corrupt government that you've enjoyed for decades. You choose.
Maybe you need to come over to Nigeria to see what they have suffered under Dangote monopolies before making baseless assertions. The destiny of the country cannot be tied to one individual - particularly one whose main motive is profit. Dangote patronized the so called corrupt government and has been one of the people sustaining it. This is the reason why he has his empire. Or do you think it was superior business practices or innovative products put him where he is?
History has always shown it to be a recipe for disaster. That is why more reasonable countries create laws to safeguard themselves from being at the mercy of such corporations or individuals. Dangote is the better option out of many BAD ones but that does not take away the risks.People have a right to be skeptical especially since the government who is supposed to safeguard them is not up to the task. It is quite tiring listening to people who do not appreciate the full situation and instead choose to insert their personal biases.
Thank you for preaching the truth oh.
You are on point
pretty much
Some of this hate is just rooted in tribalism, nothing more
Am not Nigerian but I get to learn so much from this channel.
The Billionaire who woke Africa's giant- Aliko Dangote.
May this be the story in 3-5 years time.
This is one of the oldest stories in the book, a man who has dined and talked into the ears of kings now wants to become the king. I will encourage Nigerians to take Dangote's side however you feel about him. When he wins we win.
We’d be effed if no one did this. Or if we didn’t have good leaders
I'm a JAMAICAN, and NIGERIANS, need to put tribalism aside; anything to better your country, you should support
I agree but they need to go into this with their eyes open. Dangote is not to be trusted. At the moment, he is just the better option out of many bad ones.
In terms of protecting the citizenry, the Nigerian government has failed at its job. That is what people get when they vote carelessly.
We need ten more Dangote in other industries. That's how south Korea developed
@@Iskander448when they vote 😢but what do you say when their votes are manipulated and stolen clearly they did not vote this government in power !
Watching from South Africa and this is very well researched and I really enjoyed your journalism, all I can say is that this battle this man is fighting should be won by Mr Aliko. Africans need to support this man. All love from South Africa.
May God protect Dangote. We stand with Dangote.
Be careful what you pray/wish for!
@@ProfXsamson2023 same goes to you
Jude is back let's feast my people❤❤🎉
🙌🙌🙌
Yes I'm in🎉🎉🎉🇳🇬👏🏽💯✨
Don’t blame the player, blame the game.
Thanks for enlightening me.
Goodness.. why wouldn't someone wants a person of his own country have a business that will support their country's economy? It's sad to hear that some of Dangote opponents are Nigerians supporting foreign markets 😢. Woow, to u Africans !! When will you learn to work together and stop your colonizers from exploiting you? 😢😭😭😥🫣
Tribalism is Africa's biggest enemy
Welcome to Nigeria 😏
The only problem I see is Selfishness, Greed & unenthusiastic about bringing the population up to a financially stable position
Pls can you make one on the nigerian aviation industry the downfall of arik air and the rise of airpeace
This is really painful as a Nigerian. To think some Nigerian sectors are actually against the growth of Nigeria is really disheartening and the fact that Nigerians are being endlessly punish for their greed is just unbelievable.
Those Players that are against the refinery project are one of the Unpatriotic individuals in the highest order.
I was in secondary school when he announced to build that refinery, I just came back from boarding school for holidays, I was shocked to hear the refinery was complete. That goes to show the extent of work that can be done in this county without corruption. Nigeria would really change over night the day we finally over throw these psychopathic politicians
Glad to see you are back.
Hope you are feeling better now
God bless you and your family
Yes, I'm much better, thank you 🙏.
Corruption is Nigeria is systematic
Is beyond systemic my brother it is the system… just watch and see how they will capture that refinery ! How do you run a business and suddenly you can’t put a price to your product watch how corruption will play out.
Very sad given the government does not protect the best interest of its citizens. 64 yrs since October 1, 1960 and the discussion is still whether Nigeria should refine its own crude oil or import with subsidies. It shows the government's priorities is far from the citizens basic survival needs.
@@emmanuelcasimir6401 Welcome to Nigeria. They will solicit for investors in its economy with one hand only to use the other hand to implement policies that will strangle the life out of your investment.
Jude, you really did justice to the subject matter as usual. The corruption in the Nigerian elite is so bad that anything that's meant to be a blessing to Nigeria turns to a curse.
Good summary of the rise of Aliko Dangote. Not a saint but a true patriot.
I pray he succeeds with his refinery project and moves on to Steel. We need a strong man like him to lead the charge for the industrialization of Nigeria and the rest of Africa. We need to end the export of raw materials and move into the production and export of finished goods. That is the vision of Dangote for Africa.
This channel needs to grow at a much faster rate. The editing the writing EVERYTHING ON POINT
Why do we always reduce Dangote to only Africa, He is the richest black man alive 😅
Your content is remarkable with commentary, consistency, videography and insights that rival very large productions. Please continue the world class work you do. One day Nigeria will rise above small minded individuals. God bless
❤ Wonderful coverage
When will this greedy and corrupt leaders have enough 🤦🏾♂️
400 years all over again........................smh
Thanks for this, this was well presented and extremely informative 😮
Finally, a new video. We feast!
Great analysis and documentary
Yesssss I’ve been waiting for you to do a video on Dangote
My friend just suggested your page! I’m glad he did. Kudos to you! 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿
Dangote is a blessing to Nigeria.
Been hungry for another video. Trust you're doing fine now Bella. You need that rest tho.
Thank you, I'm much stronger now.
Welcome my bro. Thank you for all you do. Quick recovery as well.
Thank you 🙏
I’ve been waiting
Welcome back
Thanks for your consistency JB

Can't have prosperity on the continent as long as the chain of greed of few, binds her tight.
Thanks for the update
Jude thank you very much for your good contents
Jude God bless u for always giving us an educative video...now let me feast on this❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉
SUBSCRIBED!. Good quality production, neutral and impartial stance, and interesting topics. Love from Somalia.
Excellent reporting Brother Bela. 👍🏾
Corruption in Nigeria an endless saga.
This is great.
Your content very powerful like James Jani.🙏🏾
Let me ask this hypothetical question. When Dangote monopolised canned tomato paste, did the price fall? When he produced suger and cement, did the price fall or was there never scarcity of these products? Why does everyone think that the case will change with petroleum? ....just asking for a friend.😅
Because petroleum is one of the few commodities that can change an entire nation for decades if not centuries to come. What it will do for the Naira alone will be incredible. What it will do for the economy too. However, the issue will be the same which is, with all the revenue & tax from this venture, whose hands will the money end up in? The government. And what will they do with it? And that right there is the issue. The entire government needs to be cleaned out from top to bottom. It's going to take a revolutionary young leader that has had enough otherwise nothing will change.
time we tell but base on previous experience i’m not expecting a different outcome.
As long as the dollar continues to rise whatever gains u make from internal production becomes useless Nigeria should double the production of oil and expand gas production by a fifth fold to drive down the dollar to somewhere around 500-700naira that's only when Nigerians would start feeling a bit safe with purchasing power🎉
If the fuel is expensive how he can lower any prices? Manufacturing is dependent on energy look at Germany they lost cheap gas now their manufacturing companies are closing down.
Dangote is solving the problem from the root which is energy. If you fail supporting Nigerian refinery.
No one can afford to manufacture in Nigeria while lowering the consumer prices.
These kind of opportunities won't come twice you have seen what happened to government refineries what ever opinion you have about him he will not take foreign money to run down his own refinery.
The real question is " is your situation so good that you can afford to lose this opportunity"?
Bela I need your mentorship ... I love your presentation pattern and the sensitivity of the stories you trash . You are someone who wants Nigeria to rise again... God bless u
Great content keep it up as always bro
Thanks for the insight sir.
Thank you for that video
Thanks, Jude, for your eye-opening documentaries.
Another banger!!!
Wow, this is precise and pretty lucid of the perennial problem in the sector. Keep up the good work.
Like and Commenting for the YT Algorithm.
Welcome back bro Jude
THANK YOU FOR EXPLAINING THAT PLOT TO KEEP BACK MR DANGOTA'S REFINERY. THANKING YOU SO MUCH.
This is why Africa is losing throughout the world now because you have someone that is a billionaire that is ready to raise Africa from the ashes, but you have other Africans that talk negatively and want to stop the blessing🔥
Who are these individuals that want Nigeria to continue fuel subsidy? who are these private businesses that are operating in Malta, what are their names?
SO VERY FANTASTICALLY WELL EXPLAINED.
Well! If the competition made their billions, be satisfied🙄. Accept that a change has come. May Allah protect Dangote🙏🏿
Another beautiful Masterpiece this video needs be studied by future Journalists keep up the good work
Brilliant reporting, Jude. Impressive.
Jude, you are a blessing to Nigeria & Africa..
Thank you 🙏
Dear Nigerians, as a South African I can see how this man is trying to do good for you guys… and I wish he was one of us in South Africa. Tribalism in the face of Imperialism can only set you back. Most NPC execs take bribes from multi-national oil companies and their kids go to school in Eaton, Harrow and Rugby for example. They never come back to Nigeria after spending all the bribe money trying to climb the social ladder in the Imperial cores of UK and US. All these people are setting you back hundreds of years back. It will take Nigeria atleast 50 years to catch up to countries like ours (and we dont even have oil)… Please Nigerians UNITE!!! Tribalism in the face of Imperialism is how our people we stolen and sent to be enslaved in the Americas.
Well researched documentary. Very educational and nice to listen to. Great job Jude
Big ups Jude...welcome back ...I enjoyed this video as I always do...thanks for educating
Nigeria no be country
Na gather we just gather.
We're are British pet project 😉
The Voice of the people is the voice of God…Dangote'll pull theough…haba!!
Nigerians do not treat Dangote like Libyans treated Ghadafi.
This man is doing more for Nigeria and Nigeria than the string of almost useless governments they've had over the years.
He is a gem to the continent.
Single-handedly doing what the governments have failed to do for their people.
Thank you for a detailed and unbaised review of the current analysis of the Nigerian oil refinery.
Dangote could have been a huge blessing to Nigeria if he were not overly reliant on monopoly and hyper-inflated product prices.
@Motg
His wealth came from connection. End of story. How can one singly human being want control of commodities that are partvof everyday life e.g. sugar, cement and now oil.
God is the one impeding him by using his own click to bring misery on him
Build your refinery and compete
Yes he ran a Monopoly and sank all that wealth into building a tool to free the Nigerian people from economic slavery.
Would you have preferred for him to join the Kabal and make them stronger?
@aytoonz35
The primary aim of the Dangote refinery is to earn revenue and make profits for its owners and shareholders not to alleviate poverty in the country.
@@voicecommunities4810 I agree 👍🏾💯. But there's capitalism that empowers people not exploit them generationally.
If dangote had just joined the Kabal we won't be having this conversation, we would just keep complaining about our Government and economic stagnation...............sto being an antagonist just because you don't like the person driving the change.
Love the video brother. Just one thing, sometimes the audio background is a lot louder than. Your video.
Other than that, pitch perfect work, as always. Well-done brother!
Thanks for the feedback. I'll work on correcting that in the next one.
the corruption that favoured him is now fighting him...i dont feel bad for him
Nigerians hahaha, we know how you operate ,not only the billionaires
Imagine what you’re saying, so youre okay with how fuel prices keeps rising and the fact that we rather import fuel than to produce here in Nigeria?
Think logically
But mam, he's not doing it for himself, but for Nigeria
Please do a follow up on this
And great work as always!!
Beautiful work of art, you earned me as a subscriber😊
@@juliusokine Thank you.
Great investigative journalism!
One wonders if the EFCC (in collaboration with the Interpol) has the capacity or the political will to shine a flashlight into the murky waters of Nigeria's oil industry.
The infamous Abacha loot may be chicken change in comparison to what a clinical investigation will uncover!
But something will definitely give sooner or later!
I urge all Nigerians to rally behind Dangote. A wine for Dangote is a wine for Africa. You can't be the giant of africa while importing the most valuable resource, FUEL.
Quick Recovery Bro. Despite Being Sick You Still Have to Keep Us Up-to-Speed? You Are Doing Well Bro. Thank You Jude Bela
Thank you.
Very good narrative and story telling
A story well told. Nice one JB
It will be a big loss and shame to Nigeria if Dangote's refinery is forced to be exporting their refined petroleum products outside of Nigeria. Prices are not coming down in this scenario and the people will suffer the most.
I've been waiting for this video. You didn't disappoint.
Jude is a master storyteller....Nice one
Thank you 🙏
Thank you Jude for this wonderful information
Just by Nationalizing key industries a country could be able to slash corruption in half
😂 😂
You are a fantastic storyteller
🙏
I pray that we shall all be alive to witness the end of this trying time.... many thanks to JB
You're too good 😩😩😩❤
Shame shame to NNPC. if they functioned, we will not be here. Nigerian happened to it as usual. What a 🫠
Monopoly Monopoly Monopoly.... just like cement, the price will be jacked up for Nigeria’s but sold cheaply to other African countries.
On another note, the giant of Africa is now struggling to refine its own Petroleum. This is really mind-boggling !!!
Actually it is almost the other way round. The distributors took advantage of the subsidies and get the fuel at a cheaper price while the fuel is sold at a premium in those other countries. Since they do not know any better or have little options, they end up paying. That is why most of them are against the subsidy removal. It still does not change what the average Nigerian has to suffer everyday.
Hajj Aliko Dangote, he is one of the fine minds of Africa.
I never knew we had l*cifer amongst us. You must be a dev*l to have such an audacious ambition!! I mean I have seen the Mammoth project. He is the most audacious *nimal I have ever seen. Aliko Dangote is a G.O.A.T!! Abeg make una live chairman alone.
Just by reading these comments, you can tell we nigerians are the designers and pioneers of our downfall. Nigerians needs to wake up😊
Very instructive. A time well spent watching this video
Making fuel cheaper for the people, the government would rather not if it doesn't benefit them.
Jude you are too GOOD. stay blessed and keep the hardwork
Thank U Jude for Ur amazing job.
Nigerians need to wake up, I really wonder when it'll get to that tipping point for Nigerians.
Such a good story teller!
Highly anticipated 👏🏾
The new refinery would do good for Nigeria
Economic dependance unfortunatelly seems to be a recurring problem with African countries. We have the very same issue here in Angola with the struggle to start, not many, but one refinery within our borders. Smh.
Im not even nigerian and we would appreciate the fuel relief that nigeria would offer when it has energy processing capability domestically
Jealousy is a disease
Good to see the rise of, AFRICAN MEDIA; "MOST HIGH BLESS, AFRICA; and ALL IT'S PEOPLE "!!!!!!
Great efforts
