    Hii somya me apki exercise s ko 20 days se follow kr rhi hu mene 64kg se start kiya tha and now i am 61.75 thank you dear to help me allot

    As you told to get rid of saddlebag, proper workout and calorie deficit diet is needed, so please provide the diet plan too so that doing both according can give great results.

    Please requested you many times... workout for slip disc...spinal issues..back pain people who can't bend..and can't do heavy exercises
