My husband got the same call. He asked them to give him the FedEx tracking number of this "parcel" and they never called back. Do that if this happens with you!

a scammer was trying to scam my father, but luckily I was there and I intervened and then when I called the cybercrime helpline they asked if I have given any money to the scammer for which I denied and then they told me agar paise nhi diye h aapne and aapke saath koi scam nhi hua h toh we cant do anything in this.

I am a doctor, and this happened to me exactly this way. I was mentally pressurized till a moment i shared my adhar car and with a second i deleted and asked them how do i know that you are truely from cyber crime. And then onwards they disappeared and i realise it was a scam. And i was almost trapped

there is a scam call in the name of Flipkart to confirm a transaction.
When you press 1 for confirm the transaction than you received an OTP
which is actually the Flipkart account login OTP, so don't share the OTP. They will login your Flipkart account and use your pay later balance or other misuse.
The call is computer generated.
I also received the same scam , thank god i didnt tell my name i asked him ki kiske naam se parcel hai he spoke the wrong name i didnt tell my name and immediately cut the call , he was asking me for the otp to cancel the order ...yeh mesho app se tha and i actually order on mesho and i had recived the order uske baad i got this scam call on d same day
Helpline no pe fon kia tha, mere ek relative ke sath fraud hua tha tab , they did not provide any solution instead started giving lecture ki hum kitna samjate h logo ko aise link pe click mat kro savdhan raho and all and that was it, they gave the gyan and ended the call. Same thing was online , complaint was submitted and nothing happened then. Government really need to make some special hotline teams for immediate action and help against cyber fraud.

I got such kind of call 📞 I scared & they were asking 50k but due the tension I was totally blank. What to do now. Call pe call aa & msgs rahi jaldi transfer the amount otherwise we will inform to police. I thought jo Hoga deka jayega... phone switch off kiya so gya. After 5 6 hours sab msgs delete kar diya na koi call ayi phir. Bas panic situation ka fayda uttate hai ye log

Happened with me today this scared the shitbout of me. People saying how do you fall for such scams, trust me it’s not ike those other fake scam calls these scammers have very good accent , background voice, empathy and speak good English they have very high convincing power

Maine 12 June ko ek kabpada order kiya tha aur deliver boy call kiya 16 june ko aur maine order receive kiya aur pay kiya cash on delivery 720 rs, jab open kiya to wrong product aa gaya jab mei flipkart me my order pe gaya tab dekha ki order delivered he nai hua hai vo 18 june ko ane wala tha par , package me mera name, adress, number tha to maine accept karke pay kar diya tha, flipkart customer care me call kiya to order abhi tak shipped nai hua hai batye par me 720 rs pay kar diya , fake used product mila ab refund ka option bhi nai aa raha flipkart me kyonki unke hisaab se abhi delever he nai hua pta nai package kaha se aaya usme mera name, address kyse aaya, ab mei return bhi nai kar paa raha 😭 flipkart sacm

मेरे पास पिछले सप्ताह xpressbees से दो दिन लगातार कूरियर वाले की कॉल आई और घर के बाहर आके बोलता सर आपका ऑर्डर है 650₹ का,जब मैंने कहा की ऑर्डर तो किया ही नहीं गया।मैने पूछा क्या है वो बोला जीन है,जबकि मैने जीन 2016 से ऑनलाइन ली ही नहीं,और न किसी मेरे घर के किसी अन्य सदस्य द्वारा ऑर्डर किया गया।उसके बाद अगले दिन भी थी हुआ पर इसबार ₹750 ही थे,लेकिन अपनी सूझबूझ के कारण मैने दोनो बार ऑर्डर रिसीव करने से मना कर दिया।

This happened with me on the same day you posted this video. A fake person from FedEx called me saying that I have parcel shipping from India to Taiwan on my name and Mumbai custom department has seized my parcel which include some laptops, mobiles, batteries and more and if want to make the delivery I have to provide them more details and come to Mumbai Custom office . I told them that I have not any such delivery and ask him for more details. This person was talking so professionally that anybody could have assumed him to be from FedEx or any reputed company ,he told me that might be somebody have used your identity to ship this parcel or you might have provided your details in some unauthenticated website or App but this have your details and you have to provide me details within 24 hours or Custom department will take legal action. I told him that I have not made such delivery and no action can be taken against me and asked him to share package details and pics, he said yes I will send you details of this parcel on Whatsapp and hanged up. He never called me back again, hype in the fraud is that when I got that call it was an IVR system call which is used by big businesses mostly as customer support system like press 1 for sending your parcel again ... press 9 for talking to our executive. Anybody can get scammed with these modern day tactics but if there is any such situation occurs to you , don't get panic as if it is something seized by Custom Department then they will never call you directly they will first send you legal summon through court or if you want to check the fraud at first ask them to send back parcel to sender and check how they will say some legal actions will be taken against you etc and all ..... beep beep **** this is a fraud. Do not share your personal details like phone no, address details etc with everyone and on any unknown website. Be Vigilant Be Informed Be safe.

One day I was expecting a order from myntra and I was out of the city so I told my mom to recieve the parcel... Then a call came to her saying about a parcel and she thought that I said about it so she recieved it without any hesitation. Then when I came back I opened it and it was a ladies garment package which I did not ordered and also my order was Cash on delivery so my mom gave the delivery boy the desired amount for the parcel. When I called and asked all about this and found out it was misplaced then after certain bizzare phone calls from that shopping website (another which I never known before) and they took the thing and returned my money. If that thing will be a scam with drugs/anything else.. i swear I will be totally afraid of the situation.. thank you for sharing .❤

Same thing happened with me today, they said there’s a parcel on my name and my aadhar has been verified and and said we will connect you with andheri police station as there is an FIR registered. I told them my sister is an IPS so I did not receive any callbacks or anything and the scam ended there itself but they are so convincing that when you pick up it’s an automated call, then they ask you to press 1 to get more details & ask you to hold and it gets connected to the scammer!

Ab 3 din phele courier scam hua phone se link pe click karke 5000 Rs chale gaye. Phir humne apna account freeze karva Diya bank mai call karke. Jaise he 3 din baad apne account ko dobara unfreeze Kiya, to aadhe ghante Mai 2 transactions hui aur poora account khaali ho gaya.
Ab iss case Mai kya hume apna bank account band karke new bank account with new phone no. Kholna chaiye ya kya karen ? Kynki phone no. Se he saare bank link hote Hain aaj kal😔

सर मैं फ्लिपकार्ट से एक जेब्रोनिक्स का प्रोजेक्टर खरीदा था जो कि सर मुझे जब मिला था तब ब्रांड का बॉक्स ऑलरेडी खुला हुआ था। डिलीवरी बॉय ने मुझे जब खोल कर दिखाया तब मैं डिलीवरी लेने से मना कर दिया था लेकिन आपके कस्टमर केयर में जब मैं बात की तो वहां पर मुझे बोला गया कि जब तक आप डिलीवरी एक्सेप्ट नहीं करेंगे तब तक हम यहां से आपकी प्रॉब्लम को फॉरवर्ड नहीं कर पाएंगे तो आप डिलीवरी ले लो बाद में यह एक्सचेंज हो जाएगा जिसकी वॉइस रिकॉर्डिंग भी मेरे पास है तो सर मैं डिलीवरी ले ली डिलीवरी लेते समय मैं वीडियो भी रिकॉर्ड किया है जिसमें साफ-साफ दिख रहा है कि इसमें प्रोजेक्टर को इंस्टॉल करने वाले चार स्क्रू नहीं दिए गए हैं और साथ में प्रोजेक्टर का बिल भी नहीं था वह भी वीडियो में दिखाई दे रहा है। डिलीवरी लेने के बाद जब मैं प्रोजेक्टर को चालू करके देखा तो सर इस प्रोजेक्टर में हिटिंग प्रॉब्लम थीं। और सर इस प्रोजेक्टर का रिमोट प्रॉपर तरीके से कम नहीं करता है साथ ही क्रोम ब्राउजर पर रिमोट काम नहीं करता है कृपया मेरा यह प्रोडक्ट जल्दी रिप्लेसमेंट करवा दीजीए
