I'm a new victim of this scam. I wish I saw this video a bit earlier. They recorded me for nearly 90 minutes and I kept answering all their questions. At one point, I wasn't convinced with the line of questioning, but I was too worried about my personal details being misused, and just wanted to cooperate with them. I still had so many questions in mind, and I finally came across this video. Now I'm totally relaxed. I must admit these scammers sounded very authentic, but I consider myself lucky for being poor, and they probably got convinced I was poor😂
I also got the same call from Fedex and he told me that the courier has been sent from Mumbai to Iran and the courier amount is 93180/-. So i asked him to cancel my parcel and refund my money. Finally he was Fed up by my questions and disconnected the call 😂.

Otherwise court will take legal action on you and you have to face the consequences then we will not be able to help you something like that. I said give me sometime i am nervous let me talk to family and call you again but he didn't agreed to cut the call. He wanted to have call right away and was threatening repeatedly then i doubted his behaviour and after few mins i cut the call trusting my senses. Received this call today and same thing they told as Sir said in the video but they didn’t claim me any charges. They only asked my Aadhaar card and my bank accounts last four digit only and they told me that for any further query they will contact me, but they didn’t charge me any kind of money, but I watched this video after the call and now I will not give importance to those scammers and told them if any called I will receive that do whatever you want

I just got exactly the same call and they said I have sent something from Mumbai to Taiwan and the customs department have seized my parcel. 🤣 Not gonna lie my heartbeat did go up a bit because it seemed really legit. It had the automatic IVR system where you have to click a number to talk to a human, etc. What gave it away is how fast the person picked up the call. Usually big companies take several minutes.

I got a same call. I asked them to give the fedex tracking number, that person on the other end gave some 15 digit number and when i said fedex tracking says its invalid they disconnected the call.

Got this call they told me to share aadhar details. I told them I will go to nearest police station and share it with someone who has daily duty. They said when I will tell about MDMA to police at my nearest station they will immediately arrest me. Once a bank executive told me always come to bank while taking loans and sharing documents, don't take loans online. So I used same approach and went to nearest station where I got to know this is new scam.

I got the call but it started with a digitised voice, saying I got a parcel and press 1 for more details. I pressed 1 and then some lady started talking. At first she was talking calmly, in perfect english. I asked her regarding more details on the parcel. Then she told me regarding one parcel seized by officials in Mumbai port and she told me my aadhar card was also found. I simply asked her to tell my aadhar number. She was not able to answer that.

Make sure you disable the biometrics of your Aadhar number on the official UIDAI website for the time being. I would also freeze my bank accounts temporarily or secure the money by withdrawing. Most importantly, you must report to the local law enforcement authorities, as right now it may seem harmless but there's always a chance of future identity thefts using your details. Stay safe.
I got a call today and i was so scared. He threatened me that he will put me in jail for 5 years I was literally shivering by his words during the conversation.. At the end of the call he asked me for my debit card 4 digit number and expiry date then I got doubt and rushed to the police station.

Since in previous versions these scammers didn't have a " on hold tune " of fedEx as pointed out by other videos but this time they actualy had a tune which made me think this was legit . How sad

I got a similar call today and when I told I will add my husband also to the call, he pretended like I was not audible to him and disconnected the call..
I received the call this morning...since I have received similar calls for different scams before I was aware about this

I got this call today by the name of DHL courier and they connected the call to CBI Delhi, They investigated 2 hours, I realised finally this is a fake call, but I gone through lots of pain and pressure during the call.

I got this call today. It went till Skype video call. The supposedly “cyber crime police” started abusing when I asked him to send me his ID card photo through Skype chat.

This video was made 5months ago .. I received a call 2weeks ago .. which means... This is still going on.. it really gives you a shock.. when you receive such call... I was transferred from ivr >> customer care executive>> Mumbai police.. then asked for what's app video call .. i dropped & blocked.
I don't know how much this scam may have hit the affected once who lost their money..
Bro same for me.....what really creeped me out was that I was actually waiting for a legit international package from Alibaba.....and the timing of this scam call was just too scary

I got the call but it started with a digitised voice, saying I got a parcel and press 1 for more details. I pressed 1 and then some lady started talking. At first she was talking calmly, in perfect english. I asked her regarding more details on the parcel. Then she told me regarding one parcel seized by officials in Mumbai port and she told me my aadhar card was also found. I simply asked her to tell my aadhar number. She was not able to answer that.

Make sure you disable the biometrics of your Aadhar number on the official UIDAI website for the time being. I would also freeze my bank accounts temporarily or secure the money by withdrawing. Most importantly, you must report to the local law enforcement authorities, as right now it may seem harmless but there's always a chance of future identity thefts using your details. Stay safe.
I got a call today and i was so scared. He threatened me that he will put me in jail for 5 years I was literally shivering by his words during the conversation.. At the end of the call he asked me for my debit card 4 digit number and expiry date then I got doubt and rushed to the police station.

me too , it was so proffesional and these scammers are probably taking feedback from the videos already up on youtube. Since in previous versions these scammers didn't have a " on hold tune " of fedEx as pointed out by other videos but this time they actualy had a tune which made me think this was legit . How sad
I just got the call..Same Mumbai to Iran parcel …It got stucked at customs. My Aadhar was used for transport like that. I asked them to confirm my Aadhar number and he disconnected 😂
