FYI one of the greatest love songs ever written. Written for Kenny by the one and only Lionel Richie
The Gambler, Coward of the county Duet with Dolly Islands in the stream
FYI he was also one of the featured singers in "we are the world" I think you did not long ago.
Kenny left us in 2020 and was another of the True legends.

Delightful as always, other clips of this performance he tells you this song was written and produced by Lionel Richie. This is one of his all time great performances, Other songs of his include "The Gambler" probably his Signature song "Ruby Don't take your love to town" and one of my personal favorites a duet with Dolly Parton "Islands in the Stream".

Kenny Rogers started in rock. Kenny rogers and the 1st edition with songs like "I Just Dropped In To See What Condition My Condition Was In" . Yes that was the correct title. He learned how to name songs later! haha. You have probably heard him with "The Gambler"

Kenny was married 5 times and had a reputation as a womaniser, but the ladies seem to go for those dangerous and unfaithful types. You should do a reaction to the duet he sang with Dolly Parton, "Islands in the stream". He collaborated with the Gibb brothers of Bee Gee fame on that production. They had originally written the song for Marvin Gaye, so with Dollly's reputation around men and rumors of an affair with Kenny, plus the Bee Gees and Marvin's connections, the whole song is smoking hot with implied sexual tension or love as some would call it.

Kenny Rogers had that incredible ability that when he sang he made every person in the audience feel like he was singing directly to them. On a side note, I wonder how many children were conceived after their parents listened to this song.
