  • Pool Exercise doesn't have to be boring!! Get AquaFIIT with Coach Stacy and have fun, burn calories, and sculpt your body. Stacy will take you thru 2 sets of 10 basic intervals. Each interval is 1 minute of work followed by 15 sec rest. Body-weight first then grab your pool noodle for the extra challenge during our second set!     Love your workouts! I do then in my pool in the morning (FL). You explain everything well and provide alternative moves. Working in the pool is great for people with knee or orthopedic issues. I like the underwater shots. Thank you!

    Thank you so much for another great aqua workout. I use one of your aqua workouts in my pool 4-5 times a week. My range of motion has improved greatly as have my knees. Keep the workouts coming.

    I'm a snow bird an just getting back into my pool in the 55+ community. Love your videos. We can do theses while following social distancing! I only wish I still had my pool up north since I'll be heading back in a week!

    Since lockdown in the UK I’ve been following your videos on a daily basis. Love them and have made such a difference . Please more Tabadas and cardio. Also exercises for toning the glutes!

    My daughter and I love your video's. I even had my grandchildren in the pool exercising with the video.
    My daughter comes over every night. She just had knee surgery and just watching the video inspires her to move the knee around. Thanks for a great work out!

    Stacy, Thank you so much for these pool workout videos! My high school senior had to do exercise at home for her PE class due to Covid and we have been using them together and will moreso with summer PE. As in gets hotter in Louisiana, it is wonderful to be in the pool instead of getting up at the crack of dawn to walk outside.

    Stacy, I love your videos!!! Do you have one particular video you would recommend for someone with osteopenia? I would gather adding weights would be helpful. Thank you for your guidance.

      Hi Jane! I am so happy to hear you are enjoying your workouts and it is so important that you look to keeping your osteopenia from worsening. Water aerobics is really great for strength building, cardiovascular fitness, improving posture, and balance training. All wonderful things for our body. Yet, it is not as effective in building bone density due to the properties of water making us buoyant. To get stronger bones in the pool, you need to do some type of resistance exercises. The addition of the buoys, a resistance band or a noodle will add some extra resistance that you need to help improve bone density. I would also incorporate some cross training exercise such as walking to give you some weight bearing resistance as well. Strength training and weight bearing exercises create a reaction that stimulates our bones to strengthen. As per which workout, I have quite a few using equipment but I would choose based on your favorite pool equipment. If you don't have equipment, I would try out my wall workout which will give some impact options. Have fun moving in your pool!

    Thank you very much. Recently I joined YMCA. I LOVE THE WATER BUT DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SWIM. LIKE YOUR EXERCISE WITH NOODLE VERY MUCH. WOULD SHOW HOW TO LEARN TO BE ON TWO NOODLES AND FLOAT AND SIMILAR MOVES WITH TWO NOODLES PLEASE. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. DEL
