Not to mention building an artificial river could affect the underground network for the line. I like this idea but don't know what it would cost. I like the idea of making it wide enough so there is enough room for parks and playgrounds for the children. Is it practical? Probably not, but I still like the idea. If they can pull it off, it will be a great place to live. I personally think you should put solar panels on the sides where you are going to have the mirrors on. I think that would be more efficient. You should be able to run the entire city off of electricity. All you have to do is figure out how to store the energy that is created during the day. ❤
