Hello mam I've received a mail regarding recruitment process and within 12 hours I've cleared the exam regarding communication and critical thinking.As my interview was scheduled on 3rd of June I failed to attend the interview round and then I got another mail to attend the interview on 16th of June..in Kovilambakkam Chennai.My question was Should I attend the interview is it worth the mental effort eventually I'm from Hyderabad..it almost takes 13 Hours of train journey.. please reply me need guidance.

Ma'am i cleared all rounds and after i day i got call they ask for documents and i submitted my documents before 2weeks but i didn't receive offer letter.! Can u tell me in how many days they take to release an offer letter.

@@gymwala5872 they might have added contract because 80% of the people resigne in initial fews months, it is not easy for everyone to do night shifts

And if I join salary comes timely or not ?
I always got my pay at a time. concentrix is good conpany and this is not a target job you will definetly get your fixed salary and if you work good on top of your salary you will get incentive. please watch video carefully you will understand everything
Mam i cleared the amcat test of concentrix and after that i received a email from concentrix of expression of interest so..what was the next process to do please tell me..

I would suggest you to do something else for growth because i dont find it much good for the career growth but still you learn a lot in mnc. I have seen people with 5 to 8 year of experience working as agent and doing full night shift which is really not good for the health. so meanwhile you are working in concentrix you can start doing something else to grow in career like i have started my acca.

yes, it is mandatory because you have to deal with customers from UK or USA , timings are different for different processes

UK ke process ki shift 2 pm ke aas pas start hoti hai and best shift vhi milti hai, and yes getting WFH is very easy in CNX

maine hmesh wfh hi kiya hai cnx mai, although ye mna krte hai wfh provide krne se but hiring ke bad training and work sab work from home rhta hai. Maine 8 months jobs ki hai cnx mai or sayd mai office hardly 20-30 times gyi hongi.

yes, when i left cnx , they gave ne a letter with a full n final stating that i woked here from this to that date, and for salary i am not sure you can talk to your hiring manager about it.

Yes, it is unlimited. One person on my floor earned 80k as incentive in a month though it's very rare

16000 ki liye itna kuch isse acha content editor ka job hai night shift vhi nhi hota usme.
I wanted to improve my english that's the main reason for joining the cnx and after coming to UK I easily got job here beacuse i was able to understand their english and have previous experience
and one more thing the salary is 16k it doesn't mean that you will get only 16k I used to get paid somewhere aroung 25 to 28k
