Let me correct you regarding transport. The policy is 7 to 7. Means of your shift sharts after 7am. Then you have to go to office on your own. If your shifts ends after 7pm. Then you will get a home drop if your address is within the transport boundary. Like wise if your shift ends after 7am then you have to go home on your own. I am still working in concentrix for the past 13 years. From Kolkata yes i worked in wheels too. I was in the pilot process in wheelz bwck in 2015.

In kolkata for freshers it can start from 14K to 16K in hand. For experience it can start from 22 to 30K in hand after deduction. If you are fresher you are tagged to CL12 after 18months you become CL11 automatically then if you are in the same process over a year and you completed 1 year in CL11 then you can apply for IJP for CL10 it can be ops like SME that is subject matter expert. QA or even you can apply for Trainer.

After some time you feel that isse badi toxic company koi nhi hai...or show off company hai you will never appreciate of your work ...they will give only pressure and all supervisor are doing politics because they think or new hire agayenge bhut lambi line lagi hui hai bhar
