What's going on with the McKinley Mall?

The McKinley Mall is left with parsely filled parking lots, empty hallways, and vacant storefronts. Hamburg Town Supervisor Jim Shaw said the McKinley Mall has seen a steady decline in foot traffic through the years, as one after one anchor tenants like Sears, Macy’s and Bon-Ton have closed their doors.

I miss this places old food court, 2 levels, kiddy rides, the fountain in the middle of the mall, Boardwalk Boulevard arcade.....the memories lol

I used to like this mall it had alot of good stores. Its sad to see it going under like this. Its a sinking ship now.

I don’t think that the McKinley mall will last much longer unless the people who own it charge less for rent, and do more to get people in the doors.
