Thanks to DiscoCat for rocking up this glam rock classic with his excellent refreshment. Brian Connolly, Steve Priest, and Mick Tucker are smiling down from heaven. Andy Scott should give this a listen. He would enjoy it. I sure did.
Hey @DJDiscoCat ! Hope you're great! I really love your versions of old classics, and I've been listening your tracks for a few years and still can't get enough! Love it! So, do you know the song "Maybe" by The Chantels, I wonder what if you make your remaster of this song. I think it would sound like more fresh and impressive. I would love to hear it! Kindly, Thank you!❤
I remember when this song came out 1973 back in the day I was 18 years old just got of high school how old was you then in 1973 this I went to work at the old Holiday inn the place a big joke then the owner didn't know how a motel or a kitchen
Good Job DJDiscoCat on the song. I would always remember Tia Carrere did a her on spin on the song for the Wayne's World movie just in case you are asking about it for sure!
Every time I hear this, my mind soon switches to "The Time Warp" from The Rocky Horror Picture Show. I always wonder if the composer from Rocky Horror was influenced by this Chapman/Chinn piece.
Great version job!
I haven't listened to this super song since late 70's.
From Havana, Cuba
I remember seeing this group live, with Queen as their warm up group! Showing my age!

Excellent job as always, thank you DJ DiscoCat! Great song for head bobbing while blasting it in the car.

The Sweet song "Man From Mecca" is my favorite (B 45 mono single of "Little Willy", also from the Bell Records self-titled 1973 album).

It's a great instrumental, but the vocals are just not doing it for me. They're too soft for such a upbeat rock song.
