I’m getting into Metal Gear now but I’ve never underestimated him.. Metal Gear is a game that I’m meant to play.. and I can’t express how happy and excited I am now that the games are coming to next gen consoles and etc
Showed up late but ocelot in mgs4 could dodge lasers which solid snake scales to. For his actual feats he dodged a railgun moving somewhere near mach 4 at his weakest, so he gets speed too. He also withstood microwaves for a few minutes then later haviny a fistfight with the same dude who dodges lasers. He also is strong enough to topple walking tanks while rolling
Solid snake was able to beat Gray fox in hand to hand combat a cyborg ninja whose faster and stronger then Wesker. Solid snake solos all them this is fax.
I've never seen gray fox move at mach 50, Wesker blitzes gray fox and Leon still has comparable strength feats in holding the mouth of a mutated megalodon open alone with his hands and feet AND pushing a 9 ton boulder with help whilst matching Chris who can punch a 6 ton boulder into lava. Speed and strength goes to Leon easily against Snake, strength does too cause snake doesn't have the same strength level as big boss, who can lift an entire metal gear.
@@Jsipki265 mainly the fact that the effect Wesker makes is literally TELEPORTING while dodging bullets, it's child's play. And even then it is definitely a few machs minimum.
@@Jsipki265 you kind of downplayed gray fox there, he was deflecting FAMAS rounds, faster velocity. And Wesker moves so fast it looks like he's teleporting, even in gameplay (re4r and re5 boss fights) his movement speed dwarfs gray fox
The weakest version of Snake: City Level and Relativistic Speed. Wesker: Large Building Level and Hypersonic Speed. Rest of RE: Wall to Small Building Level and Subsonic to Supersonic Speed.

@@GeneFOX70 I don't know if thats an accurate display of his speed though since the scene is shown in a way to surprise us the audience and Volgin I think it's just that Volgin lacks awareness and doesn't notice Snake running around him. In Portable Ops, Big Boss fought a guy called Gene who had near similar powers to Wesker such as bullet dodging. And he had the speed advantage over Big Boss on that fight. The fastest examples of speed would be Venom Snake (running in gameplay and running in the msx bossfight) and Solid Snake escaping outer heaven in MG1.
Wait why is Hunk rated higher than Leon, Claire, Jill and Chris? (I mean it doesn't matter much since Snake no diffs them all) He doesn't have many feats other than RE2. He's like Ghost from MW2 and Emile from Halo Reach. Cool looking character but lacks screen time and feats in the overall franchise to be considered better than the main characters. Also yeah Snake would beat Wesker (high diff probably) since Big Boss was able to beat Gene from Portable Ops who was basically the MGS version of Wesker and Snake does scale to Big Boss since's he's his clone.
Solid Snake is an inferior clone of big boss, he did not inherit his strength or speed sadly, so he'd get blitzed by Wesker probably (who moves at mach 50 on a midball) and also beaten to a pulp, considering Wesker is far stronger than Chris and Leon, who both pushed / punched 6 ton and 9 ton boulders respectively.

People often mistake travel speed for reaction speed Snake can only dodge that fast
Actually Wesker moves faster than Snake (even Venom Snake who is the fastest in gameplay).
All of the Snakes are physically stronger though.

"Feats" is literally a non-factor. It's nothing but a free point and has no bearing on how the fight would turn out.
