- I finally managed to grab my absolute holy grail Figure and it's non other than Tabby-san from the Peach Maid Series by Native/Progress!
She was not easy to come by, as the manufacturer doesn't exist anymore and she is an older anime figure. Her aftermarket was horrendous, so to get her for only 21k plus the postcard is amazing!! 😭
I'm so happy! So let's unbox her together.

I think it’s a really cool how the clothing is falling off of her, gets a lot of movement to the figure! And there’s just something about her eyes that are so beautiful! And I agree, it’s a lovely touch to have all those highlights in her hair, I wish more figures had that!

OH, And the last grail I’ve gotten? He sadly still in the box because I’m so behind…but it’s the Aoba (Dramatical murder) gothic outfit version 1/8 by orange rouge! I got him from buyee BECAUSE COUPONS! I was really happy to buy him close to retail, after almost a year of searching!

I noticed that a few figures (recent ones) that I'm interested in have the same highlight-technic in their hair as tabby-san. I find it helps to transfer the 2d art into 3d figure form. 😌

Aaaah yes, I can see why you lean towards the highlighting effect on your figures ! It really add some dimension to the figure, as well as truly turning a Tooty image into a 3-D form! Sadly… I don’t think any of my figures have that 😱 definitely something I’ll look out for in the future! It’s just such a delightful little touch you know?
And you’re right, patience is a virtue Wen on the hunt for a Grail! I guess more and more people aren’t falling for those “ scalper prices” anymore… Hopefully, that terrible practice will slowly diminish! AND THEN I CAN FINALLY GET THE REST OF THE FREE! BOYS FROM ALTER 😭🙏

In a sense she was the ultimate grail! 😀'cause I think, not every second or fifth figure can be a grail 😆 I still have some figures that I would like to own but it's not like I absolutely must have them, you know?! @@pakuccino No it wasn't, searched for him for two years. Everyone was selling theirs for 1000 dollars or more. I luckily found someone on Buyee selling it unopened and with the paperwork for 400 dollars
