I feel kind of bad when I see a beautiful setup where someone takes a few photos and then tears it down a bit later. Really wish they would just put it in a display case (but I know their setups can be a bit large).
Thanks! Basically I just taught myself through a lot of trial and error, and I still feel like I have a long way to go. Every video, I try to experiment with something new, which ensures that I can never pump out videos as fast as some other channels; but I feel like I grow so much with every video. And the more comfortable I get with the tools, the better I get with editing and effects. Though I'm sure a professional editor would watch me edit my videos and cringe, because I'm probably doing things the hardest way possible, haha. But I remember starting out, and hearing other RUclipsr say "just start making content", the more you do it, the better you get at it. And initially, I thought that made sense, but didn't think much into it. And now, almost 2 years later, I look back at my older videos, and am like "Yep, I get it now". And RUclips has a lot of tutorials that will help you teach yourself to edit. And you may not find the perfect tutorial of what you are trying to do, but a lot of them can point you in the right direction for you to figure things out for yourself.

Oh, the sagging issue is unfortunately. I can see it happening, since there are so many parts hanging off everywhere. I wonder if heat / room temperature plays a factor in the sagging. Thanks for letting me know, I'll keep an eye out. And I haven't thought of doing a wonderfest video since so many other channels cover it, but maybe it would be fun to look into. What scares me about wonderfest is seeing too many great figures and having to pre-order them all. I'm going to need a bigger room, hahaha.

Prinz Eugen tops Baltimore any day! While their paint is both nice, I find Baltimore's hair sculpt to be lacking a little bit too much for my liking. I also feel like Eugen's expression is far more compelling, I couldn't stop looking at the gloss in her eyes, so pretty! These Azur Lane figures are turning out so nice.

I believe I ordered the books on Ebay and got them from a Japanese figure shop on there. But I've seen them on Amazon, playasia (never bought anything from here before, but they have them). It seems like a lot of places have them. And the "Azur Lane Fifth Anniversary Art Collection" apparently is out, and I don't have that one, so I guess I'll have to pick up that one too. ☺

i just got the hatsune miku land of the eternal figure from the amiami store in akihabara! its really awesome and it has so much detail put into it :) i also got my hands on the symphony miku 5th anniversary figure… i can’t decide which i love more :))
I really like the Symphony Miku, it's very classy, and it fit perfect on a dresser or nightstand (if you don't have cats to push it off), where I feel a lot of figures would feel out of place when presented outside display case. It's funny, because told myself that I will never get more than 1 Miku figure, because there are so many of them... but they keep releasing new ones that are so good, it's hard to keep things limited to a small number.
Cool figure haul you got there! I was on the fence about that Black Rock Shooter figure, i was afraid, it wont be as good as the promo pictures or there will be issues, since it has such a cool dynamic pose. But damn me if it isnt one of it not the best BRS figure out there!
-Furyu/F:NEX can usually be praised when it comes to figures wearing traditional Japanese outfits. They've mastered it by now. Only wish their figures didn't cost an arm & a leg tho 😆 What I've learned is to never preorder as the prices tend to drop after release. -I like what you did with Miku's display~🍁🧡 -The Azur Lane figures by ALTER are so good! While I don't play the game nor am a big fan of the battleships 😅, I do love the character designs~ planning to get the regular ver. of Honolulu and St. Louis soon!

It's funny, because I was trying to experiment talking to the camera, but I kept making funny faces because I felt weird talking to myself when filming (just not a skill I have yet). So, when editing, just to have a laugh before removing the video, I stuck my avatar face on my face. It actually made me laugh more, so I kept it. But, I am glad it is well received. ☺

The other problem is, the gacha figures tend to have some of the best figures on the market. Good luck resisting. 😂
It really depends. I'm currently living in the US and so DHL isn't that bad (compared the cost of it in Canada). But, most of the time I'll choose EMS. In cases where DHL is actually cheaper, or if DHL is like only $10 more than EMS, I'll opt for DHL. I find DHL handles the boxes better, and the fact that they are faster makes me happy. Being on the west coast, I'll get the DHL package in ~3 days from shipping, verse 2-3 weeks from EMS (where most of the time is stuck in customs).
The Miku figure is beautiful but the bubbles from the bottom of her outer coat? look nasty. Reminds me of the bubbles you'd see in a water reclamation plant.
Haha. Prinz Eugen is very expensive in any country. You can get 3 of her swimsuit figure for the price of 1 of her regular outfit figures. But without a doubt, she is a really pretty figure.
