You nailed it. If road cars weren’t equally safe, we’d see far better drivers OTR demonstrating far better driving. In fact, as a general rule: any phenomenon that’s known to happen 1000s of times a week (at least here in the Uk) yet hardly ever makes the TV news, it’s a *serious problem
