Hi Tors1e, V did do a duet after this palette interview. He featured in a song by UMI called ‘Wherever U R’, you should check it out. IU is right V’s vocals really suit duets with female artists. By the way, V explained that jazz is very complex and difficult for today’s listener to digest, that’s why he put elements into an r&b/pop album. It’s great that he understands music and today’s market. Today people just want high notes and electronic music while V is about letting the emotions of the lyrics be showcased with space for instrumentals with real instruments. I love that about him.

You’re exactly right… when Tae is off stage his sweet gentle Teddybear (or as the Koreans say Gomdori) side rules… his shyness and nerves despite being such a huge star is soooo endearing. It has been so great learning of their bond, they have such amazing chemistry on screen and off. I also agree I want not only duets with IU and Tae but also kdramas and movies with them. I can't wait to see what creative areas he explores more when he comes home. He has so many options be it his solo music, acting, modeling, ambassadorships, BTS grp activities, etc.

Also she is not a musical producer she is basically concept producer, she doesn't do music, so talking about it as if she wrote herself was so strange to hear, tells you a lot about her demands, with everything that came down now. She is not some legendary oroducer like Rick Rubin that you would talk about working with because you are so excited, there was definitely demand from her
