- Easy Stuffed karela Recipe - भरवां मसाला करेला बनाने की आसान विधि
Ingredients :
Bitter Gourd करेला - 250 grams
Mustard oil सरसों का तेल - 3 to 4 tbsp ( You can use any cooking oil )
Asafoetida हींग - ½ pinch
Cumin Seeds जीरा - ½ tsp
Red Chili Powder लाल मिर्च - ¼ tsp
Green Coriander हरा धनिया - 1 to 2 tbsp
Raw Mango कच्चा आम - 2 tbsp ( finely chopped )
Fennel powder सोंफ - 2 tsp
Coriander powder धनिया पाउडर - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder हल्दी - 1/3 tsp
Salt नमक - 1.5 tsp ( or to taste )

First a big thanks to you, by watching this Video, I did that which I have never done in my life, and that is preparing Stuff Karela, lets give some background, i have had first time ever in my life this Sabzi was in school days when at that time beside Potatoes we never touch any other sabzi, after that recently in my office someone brought this Stuff karela in Tiffin, i liked there also, now today i decided to prepare it by myself, and checked this video before preparing, seriously i was not knowing the stuff (seads and skin) which we peel and throw in dustbin actually can make such a crispy stuff when prepared by the proper steps as shown in this video, I started following step by step as per this video, I washed and started removing skin, did not get time to dry it :p, and rest i followed everything as per video and results were amazing, i was not having Aamchur or raw Mango pieces at that time i thought may be it will become a bit bitter, but i can manage, but even without Aam chur or pieces there was no bitterness in Sabzi,
