The fish needed to be wash when remove from the vinegar before you seasoned the fish 🐟 and one piece of the scotch bonnet pepper would have still make it spicy.... you can't enjoy fish or any meat when it's too spicy and you definitely can't enjoy the favor of the food because you're mouth is burning hot. It's not prepared carribean style but it looks good.

I’m not even Caribbean but I know they don’t cut up no scotch bonnet and sometimes wrap it in cheese cloth so they can take it out at the end . That pepper is soooooo HOT to be just eating it
