This man had interview in ghana some year back and he acted like Liberia was not the land his patents and him live and got the opportunity to come over here in the USA. Whether Liberian or Ghanaian we don't really care. Thank God for him and his success in life. Alpha Blondy was in Liberia too and he is always grateful to the Liberian people. Liberia one country in the world that have true hospitality believe it or not it the fact.
Why Michael blackson always look like he constipated
When he said he don't know where the chicken has been so he gotta wash it: Black people worldwide!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
no cap
He washed it wrong tho🤣
@@johnbuttman7463 He rinsed it properly..yall be doing the most when you can't kill a single germ until it's cooked. Rinsing is for removing slim, film, feathers, bone pieces etc. You don't need to do anything else other than rinse. The rest happens when you cook the meat. No matter what method you use its the same outcome. You're just wasting time but go off.
@@cjohnson_ I get that, but he turned it on and off for every wing, just leave the water on
@@johnbuttman7463 I think its a cultural thing...he is from Africa where you likely turned water on/off like that. Even ole school country folk did this. My pawpaw would throw a fit if you left water running. 😅
Michael is always promoting Liberia and we love and appreciate him for that. 🇱🇷🇱🇷🇱🇷
"In Africa everything is late"
Truer words were never uttered
I love how he cuts the water off every time he stops washing the chicken. No water wasting there! 😆
saving the planet one recipe at a time! lol
Right!
Saving water but killing you with cross contamination 🤦🏾♂️
I hope he sanitized Ebola everywhere
@@ryanpolo1187 people in america hate science dude out of pocket
He is very funny, I love his personality and his comedy.
He is Reppin men of Color and Also Africa . I don't really care if he is a Ghanaian 🇬🇭 Liberian 🇱🇷 or Nigerian 🇳🇬. We should be Proud of this cuz we are all One People. One Continent, One Earth 🌍 ....Secondly People Cook Differently. I am a Liberian and I love my Stew /Gravy with Alot of tomatoes and pepper /Onions. It doesn't Change My Roots. Appreciate Others! Did he call Old Bay seasoning seasoning salt🤣😂🤤
Right, I was like am I tripping, that looks just like old bay! Lmaoo.
But isn't that can of Old Bay, seasoning salt?
Yup
I dont think he say old bay because it would be considered promo. But we know old bay when we see it lol
But that's what old bay is, seasoning salt. Not that we use it at all down south. It's very east/west coast
Looks delicious, I miss seeing my Nigerian friend cook like this. Love that African men know how to cook.
Ok. He's making his version of Liberian 🍤 and 🍗 gravy with rice. Shout outs to my L.I.B. 🇱🇷🇱🇷🇱🇷folks! I used to hear his Liberian accent slip through his Ghanian one, now I know that I wasn't tripping. He lived in Liberia for some time, which he said in a African Channel comedy special. He's not half Liberian but lived there for many years due to his family trying to get a Visa in US.
Come down sis his father is Liberian and he was born in Liberia, but his mom from Ghana. He’s Kru/Grebo tribe
Do you know where that comedy special is ?

Facts or definitely true?...It's important to not only know your roots but it's important to embrace it.
My girl is from Liberia nothing she ever cooked was this simple lol and everything has pepper ooo
Yes ooo
Agree. I don’t trust this stew ooo
I know he didn't cook the chicken and shrimp at the same time.
Exactly
🤣🤣🤣😭😭😭😭
Maybe that's a cultural thing?
@@shandiraprice I don't think so love lmao
That's how Nigerians cook... I think it's really gross, but they call it "assorted meat". 🤮🤢
Salute to Michael for getting in the kitchen & showing us his OWN way of making his favorite stew! 💜
we love a king who doesn’t waste water, after washing the wings he turns off the pipe then on again for the next😌
A for Effort🤣
where are the thyme, maggi cubes, scotch bonnet, curry power, red bell peppers, etc?
It's shakara stew😂😂😂😂😂
I thought i was the only one looking for the rest of the spices.

We still make gravy the same way. I think this is his Ghananian influence. We don't use as much tomato/paste. But everyone cooks their own different. I put garlic, more onions, sometimes red peppers and smokefish.
He aged so well 🖤

@@DivineFamTVGreatchannel Yea I hear you. I don't care for too much oil myself. I put more onions and add more red peppers/green cubanelle peppers to mine. Depending on the gravy, I use tomato paste or plum tomato.
