Great review! I think you did an excellent job showing the pro’s/con’s, and exposing the potential of an affordable system that could benefit many. One note: having used many systems and filters over the years, I’ve become naturally more critical of color casts presented by optics like these. It would be nice to see even a basic comparison of a simple color chart (with/out filter), or even just simple head shot, just to get a sense of how much color will be affected. Even though there’s often color tint in professional systems, the less expensive systems will often color shift in far more noticeable ways. Thanks again for a great review!

so...there is no way to block sun light from side with the combination?
Hmm, unfortunately it’s just the top flap version available (as far as I’m aware!)
Can you still use a screw in filter with that adapter or its only a magnetic system?
