Agree! I've just received the filter kit pro and it's fantastic from the box and the result. I've been searching for this type of product for so long. This is the best option. I highly recommend this guy's product.
@@chengzhangwan2137 Hi! First, you put the ring into the lens. There are different rings for each size. So I can use my telephoto 70-300mm, 24-105, 11-16, etc. Once you have the ring, then you adapt the filter holder. And voilà! Easy peasy. That's it.
Amazing to see how far filters have come since I started. My grandpa got me hooked on Cokin back in the day. This video makes me want to get filters back in my repertoire. These look fantastic. Well done, John.
Thanks Dan! I used to use Cokin filters a lot back when I shot film. Then right before I went digital I upgraded to Lee filters. Then became convinced you didn’t need filters in the digital age. Hah!
Thanks for your feedback! If you don't already have a filter kit, I (obviously) recommend this one. It's really good, especially for the price. God Bless!
Certainly agree on the quality of K&F filters but not on the packaging. I dislike over packaging and paying for it. Also and as you mentioned the case is of no use to outdoor photographers. Great product but the supply needs simplifying. I'll buy it when they do that.
I really wish kf allowed more than 2 square filters to be stacked. It looks like the filter rails can be unscrewed, so with some careful measurements, I could probably 3d print a rail that stacks 3 or 4 filters, but it would be nice to be able to stack 3.
Thanks for the feedback! I don’t think this filter kit would work for the Sigma since the front element doesn’t accept traditional filters and filter rings.
The 17TSE doesn’t accept ring adapters. If you want to use filters on lenses like that, you’ll want to go with the Wine Country Camera 150mm system: www.winecountry.camera/150mm-system
Hi John, may I fit this filter on a Canon legria 58mm camcorder??? I need to sort out an issue with so much light coming in from a neon sign in the studio… thanks.
I don't have any experience with your specific camera, but as long as you can use screw-in filters (58mm correct?), then I don't see why you couldn't use this filter kit. Here's a link to the 58mm adapter ring: www.kentfaith.com/KF05.310?tracking=61d7927ebe16a And here's a link to the filter kit: www.kentfaith.com/SKU.1877?tracking=61d7927ebe16a Use coupon code "John05" to receive 5% off. No, I haven’t. Most of the time I only need CPL and a graduated filter. Or CPL and 1 ND. Depending on how wide your lens is, vignetting shouldn’t be an issue.
Hey John, great review! Trying to figure out if anyone makes an adapter so this will work with Fuji 8-16mm (no filter rings). Any help/thoughts greatly appreciated! -A
Thanks! You may want to look at the Nisi filter adapter here: bhpho.to/3tRpNT9 Or if you have the budget and want the finest filter system out there, definitely consider the Wine Country Camera filter kit here: bhpho.to/3SjrJgm 👍
“Photographers” like me, what are you implying? Have you seen my work on my website? www.magnoski.com If so, you can see that I’m a professional, working photographer. I tested this kit against my other kit and found it to be nearly as good for a lot less money, and say as much in my review. Not sure about this “pollination” effect you’re concerned about though. I’m assuming that was an auto-correct error and you meant to say polarization effect. If that’s the case, I would disagree. If you want, feel free to contact me via my website form and send me some examples. God Bless! 👍
Thank you, John, for the insights on the K&F Concept Square Filter System Pro. 👍
Thank you, Christian!

@@JohnMagnoski except for ultra-long exposure photography, right?
so basically, that kit has nothing usable for people with 95mm or 105 mm filter size demands
@@atruceforbruce5388 Unfortunately not. I would suggest the Wine Country Camera filter kit: www.winecountry.camera/150mm-system

Can’t disagree in the slightest. It’s a real shame that I can’t use the filter holder.
the filter holder was a waste. its not practical

How you compare this one with polarpro summit kit?
I don’t have an opinion as I’ve never used the Polar Pro Summit Kit. Sorry.
@JohnMagnoski thanks you
Amazing work. Do you know if it works with the sigma 14-24 dg dn for sony?
Thanks for the feedback! I don’t think this filter kit would work for the Sigma since the front element doesn’t accept traditional filters and filter rings.
Great review man! Have you ever tried using the ND filters without the CPL? Does it change performance in some way?
Thank you! No issues combining filters. It's so nice to have the ND + CPL for some long exposure shots. : )
Hey John. Thanks for the review. The links you shared do not show the graduated filter. Do you need to buy that separately? Thank !
Sorry about that, Shawn. Here you go:

Amazing review!!!,
What pouch did you use to carry these knf pro holder system with all those framed rectangle filters?
I use an old Tiffen filter pouch, but it doesn't quite do the job. This one by Shimoda is one I would get: bhpho.to/3piBj7P

Have you noticed color shift?
I have not seen any noticeable color shifting in my images.
Will this work with Sigma 150-600 Contemporary?
I don't think so. The Sigma has a 95mm filter thread and the drop-in CPL on this is 95mm. The kit maxes out at an 82mm filter ring.
does anyone knoes the does anyone knows the difference x pro vs x series filters?
My understanding is that the “Pro” filters have the better designed filter holder and filter frames.
