At 8:50, there was no need to mega. Houndoom outspeeds Chandelure, since Balloon, not Scarf, so you aren't getting anything from the extra defenses or speed of mega-Houndoom, you just made sure a Dark Pulse against a 4% HP Chandelure also did unnecessary 12% recoil to you.

Well each weather has its own rock to extend the weather. Sun uses the heat rock
