Pls don't compare India vs with any other countries. We have huge population. Here any govt should feed 140 cr . We have not fulfilled our basic needs of all people. Any country who is having good tax structure can liberise visa procedure and accept Indians for their work force. If India population comes to 100 cr. We can see the possibility of other countries tax polices. We have different cultures across India. But in USA or other countries everyone speaks same language here we have different culture and different native language. So we need another 100 years to implement like developed countries. Every one will study in govt school in others tax money and they will grow and go to abroad and comment our tax system is fault. Who ever studied in govt school and taken medical treatment during their early days know how govt taking care of 140 cr. I am not saying govt is right. Sir GST is not paid both by the sellers and buyers of sand, bricks, vegetables and fruits from retail sale points owned by retail non corporate businessmen, and this includes private dispensary doctors, tuition masters, musicians, etc., and hence GST panel taxes life insurance premium, health insurance premium also. Anyway i agree that the GST rates shall have to be reduced to maximum of 10 percent.
