Brent knows more US trivia than anyone in California. 😂 He's one savvy dude. I only got the Christmas tree question right and I took an entire US history and geography course!
8:00 It depends on where you go. The northern 1/2-2/3 of Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois is pretty flat, but when you get close to the Ohio River they have some pretty substantial hills. Not quite mountainous but definitely not among the flattest in the US. Cessna, Beechcraft, and Bombardier Learjet all have manufacturing facilities in Wichita, along with many industry suppliers. Airbus also has a major laboratory there. If Brent reads aviation magazines, Wichita has definitely been mentioned a time or two.
Here were my answers, I just did it along in order: 1. I got lost and had no idea 2. Michigan, Wyoming, Illinois, Wisconsin ( I've been to the lakes a lot so know the geography 3.No idea to even guess 4. Delaware 5. New Hampshire, 14 miles 6. No idea 7. Wichita KS, and I only know it because I dated a girl who's dad was an engineer at one of those factories, but I don't remember which manufacturer he worked for. I want to say Boeing or Lockheed but don't remember for sure. 8. North Carolina in the Appalachians and upstate NY. Totally missed it 9.Hawaii, Washington, could not think of who else 10. 300 Brent's the man
Piper made planes for many, many years in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania until they decided that they'd dessert the area. Although, they did make a museum in the old Piper factory in Lock Haven, PA.
I came to watch as a viewer for a change...we do a trivia livestream show every week with different themes and give aways. So it was nice to see some-one else asking questions,,but USA geography was WAYYY Too hard for me as an Australian lol Thanks MorePost2Post..leaving a thumbs up...Have a great week..and of course your welcome to call in to ours any time also !!
Brent, Oklahoma borders six states. Kansas to the north, Missouri to the northeast, Arkansas to the east, Texas to the south and west, New Mexico to the far West and Colorado to the northwest. Oklahoma City is in the middle of the state and Denver is in the north central part of the state.
NLL Logo's!! If you haven't already done it. There aren't many teams in either league so you could do NLL & MLL logo's the big Box & Traditional Lacrosse leagues.
The question about airplanes, I thought the answer was Colorado Springs. That was a damn good guess Brent. I'm American, and you did better than me. Also, I'm from Indiana, PA and we stake the claim as the Christmas Tree capital of the world because we have the most Christmas tree farms, so I was guessing Pennsylvania there.
1. Wyoming Correct 2. 5 (I added Minnesota) Wrong 3. JFK 1930’s Wrong 4. Arkansas Wrong 5. New Hampshire 20 1/2 right 6. Netherlands 1970’s Wrong 7. Phoenix Arizona Wrong 8. Oregon and Vermont 1/2 right (only knew because I’ve been to Oregon) 9. Hawaii, Alaska, Washington, California Nailed it! 10. 460 Miles Meh but Wrong 3/10 I’m a bad American
doing this live as i'm watching 1. wyoming, since you'd go through kansas, colorado, then wyoming. +1 2. let's count. obviously michigan including the UP, illinois, wisconsin, indiana. so 4. +1 3. no idea but i'm gonna guess taft because he was fat his whole life which means he was from a rich family as a kid so they could afford to get hospital care. typing this as brent is talking about their parents have money, love how we think alike. no idea what decade he was born in. 1830? dunno no clue. ok turns out i was super wrong. +0 4. obvious guess would be kansas? maybe one of the tiny states like delaware or RI. maybe one of the dakotas as well. but i'm gonna guess kansas. ok apparently it's not a state i'm thinking of and it's on the eastern side. i'm gonna guess delaware. it's right on the shore. i'll give myself half credit since i guessed twice +1/2 5. new hampshire has a tiny coastline. 30 miles? +1/2 6. uh. canada or england? the 70s? no idea, complete guess +0 7. I KNOW THIS ONE! wichita. detroit is to cars as wichita is to planes. most major airplane manufacturer either has a factory or a research facility there. fun fact: dayton, OH (the wright brothers birthplace) has a plane on their city flag. +1 8. oregon and alaska? no clue lol me and brent are going for completely different areas of the country. +1/2 9. hawaii, washington, alaska, oregon. damn almost! +1/2 10. let's guess 750 miles. they're not THAT far apart. +0 score: 5. not a passing grade. i've done my country a disservice.
I was thinking more like what is Alice Cooper's real name? Or how many #1 hits did the Beatles have? Or this band made this song famous, but who wrote the original? Etc... but I see what you mean...
Florida takes the prize for the flattest state in the nation because the highest point in the state is only 345 feet above sea level. Then Illinois, North Dakota, Louisiana, Minnesota and Delaware follow. Found this on google
I think the definition depends on how we gauge "flat" and I'm with you. If we treat the lowest point as "zero" regardless of altitude above sea level then the midwest and plains states come into play. I think Neil's resource must have been only those states that have sea level as the lowest....maybe?
Brent for Jeopardy 2019!
Miika
Flaming Sword yes?

Wow really! That's actually amazing!

The question about airplanes, I thought the answer was Colorado Springs. That was a damn good guess Brent. I'm American, and you did better than me. Cessna is in Wichita Kansas my brother used to work there
Got one right and learned a lot
The only one I got right was the Christmas Tree one (of all things).
Wichita is the headquarters of Cessna
Piper is in Ponte Verde Beach, FL
Thanks Daniel! I'm a piper man, so that explains my absence of Cessna/Textron knowledge
The goat is back and better than ever!! Haha love the video!!

Thanks, looking forward to it!

It's not something we really have time for at the moment, sorry. Maybe once I can do this full time.

I’m American and I forgot Wyoming is a state
Stay Frosty This comment made my day. Thank you. And btw I’m not calling you dumb
I'm pretty sure even Wyoming forget that it's a state ...
Brett knows more than me about the country I live in and not him
The only one I got right was the volcano question
Cessna and Beechcraft are out of Wichita
mann most Americans don't even know the states that well. Start in LA and go north west and north lol... we're all stumped.
Do supercar trivia!!
Love Brent’s shirt!
You should get an American on there for Canadian trivia
Please do college football stadiums for your "stadium series"
College football logos or helmets ranked, maybe just power 5 or do it by conference

7 for 10
I got 4 out of 10. For shame. If y’all are going to play future U.S. trivia, maybe some state mottos in the mix?
Good idea!
Music trivia :)
I would love to do that, but too difficult because of audio copyright issues. I can't play any music :(
I was thinking more like what is Alice Cooper's real name? Or how many #1 hits did the Beatles have? Or this band made this song famous, but who wrote the original? Etc... but I see what you mean...
Oh I see what you mean! Yeah I could do that :)
I live in somewhere in the 442 feet lol

I surprised myself, I got 3.5/10. I knew the volcano one easy.
Awesome Trent!
Massachusetts made America
I SAID 500 FOR DENVER AND OKC IM SO SMRT!!!!!!! I WAS 5 MILES OFF WHOOO!
3:25 “Dont shoot me dick”
it would be cool if subscribers could send in trivia questions
It would be difficult because I would have to fact check them and it would end up taking a lot of time.
OOH AMERICA

brent represented another team other then the habs
But not from the NHL ;)
