Is the rubber band enough? Can you secure the pad further with a few turns of plastic wrap?
The rubber band is more than enough to keep the pad on. Plastic wrap has a time and place, but this is not one of those times.
Do I use the same technique if my end table has a glass top?
Hello Victoria! If you have a glass top on your end table, remove the glass. Once the glass is removed you can pad the table as shown here. Then take the glass top and pack it as explained in our video linked here: ruclips.net/video/JfjLv78QeMI/видео.html
