    I feel you on the skinny comments. I get a mix of both. Usually people say they wish they had my body but other times they’ll say I need to eat. I have 5 sisters and they are all thick. I’m also a triplet and in high school others would compare me to my sisters and it would annoy me so much!! At work when customers see me they tell me I should be a model. I don’t think others understand how annoying it is to hear those things constantly.

    Hey everyone just a reminder that your height has a lot to do with your weight aswell because you can be 5’2 and 140 pounds and look thick but you can also be 5’7 and 140 pounds and still look like a twig. The taller you are the more body weight you will have to build so if you are 5’7 like me you should look thick around 170-185 pounds. My goal is 185 so I have 20 more pounds to go wish me luck 😌✨ and also remember you don’t ALWAYS have to eat healthy but try your best to, and make sure you are working out 3-5 days a week during this journey so you won’t look out of shape and big. good luck hotties❤️

      Definitely !! I’m 6’0 and I weigh 170 rn with gains and when I say gains I still look skinny with a lil suga 😂🤣

      I’m 6’0 and I weigh 150. I’m 38 and I’ve never been this thin in my life. I didn’t try to lose weight or anything it just happened and now I’m struggling to put it on.

      180 is way too much for 5’7 (if you want an hourglass shape w smaller waist than hips). That’s how much most men who are 6’0+ weigh. I’d say the weight you’re at now 165 is perfect especially for muscle recomposition instead of bulking.

    Weight comments are so hurtful. I was thicker in highschool and once I graduated I lost over 20lbs and it was very depressing for me. Then I got pregnant and I gained 30lbs. I was at a healthy weight and very happy. After having my baby I lost everything so fast. Everyone kept telling me “your so skinny!” “How did you have a baby?” and the worst of all “You snapped back!” Little did they know I was malnourished and really wanted to keep my weight. I’m hoping to start my own weight gain journey and use your channel for help. 🥺❤️💪🏽 I just want to be healthy again.

    This really made me tear and I completely felt connected to your story. I am currently struggling with picking up weight and not having an appetite not to mention I’m trying to quit smoking cigarettes as well which doesn’t give me an appetite. Very inspirational and I loved how you slowly started eating more without pressuring yourself. The small goals of weight gain. Just loved the entire video. ♥️💯

    Love you videos! Especially your what I eat in a days! Before I started watching your videos I felt I couldn’t eat my mom’s Mexican food anymore because most influencers never show that kind of food and only show super healthy foods that don’t look appetizing.     People comment about my weight all the time too and I realized most of them were insecure people themselves. I have been gaining slowly but surely by eating more even late at night after my workouts. I can’t wait to hit them goals! Thank you for your tips and giving us some insight 🌟💪🏾

    I'm Filipina and 5'1" and like barely 120. I have a hard time gaining weight or at least even hitting macros because girl. Living in a POC household makes dieting so freakin hard! Thanks for the inspiration; I feel so represented in you. Filipinas and Latinas have really similar builds so even if we aren't the same same, I can relate!

    Everybody is gaining quarantine weight, and I’ve gained at most 3 pounds and lost it through the entire 10 months. I have to really track calories or something to gain weight and I really wanna gain at least 10 pounds. I’m 162, but I don’t look it.

    The same thing happened to me, I knew I was depressed but I didn’t realize how much weight I had lost. My mom was the one to always be pointing it out. I had gone to Mexico and all my family there would be talking about how skinny I was. I’ve put on weight since then but now I’m losing it again /;

    🥺 I always get told that too. I used to be under weight when I was a child. The doctor once told me I had to eat a toast with butter every day 🤣 so I could gain weight. Now I am really focused on gaining healthy weight. I really enjoy your videos keep it up 💗

    I really love this video, it gives me confidence, I lost alot of weight and I didn't realize until my closest family members pointed out to me, I don't feel like eating when the day comes and I started going Jim and everyone around me made me feel ashamed, up to this day I haven't gone back.     There wasn't anything wrong with you in the before photos. You were just skinny. You always had a body you just had to eat more. Even if you didnt work out, the fat will distribute in the right places. Its all about genetics

    Girl same with my mom. She was always asked me if I was eating. It made me feel bad because I was eating but my metabolism is so high. I just started drinking ensure. I'm 5'4, but im on a weight gain journey. Being 102 was not the move.

    I have the same problem I’ve always had trouble gaining weight bc I have a intestinal issue and my weight has always been something I struggled with since I was for teen I lost a bunch of weight and got really sick I’ve come along way with my health but now I’m trying to work on me and I’ve always had ppl telling me I’m thin I look to skinny I look like skin and bones but I looked good supposedly. I still get those comment till this day I’m still 21 and only 107 pounds I can’t gain weight I didn’t know what was right for me to eat to do when exercising I found your videos and I loved them right away I’ve been following u and doing a lot of the tips u said and even though my stomach isn’t completely healthy all the tips have been helping a lot. I was gaining weight following your eating videos I was up to 112 then I started walking more and exercising while I’m at work cleaning and I ended up getting corona so It did set me back my stomach has been bothering me even though I’m negative but I’m still determined to gain more weight and ppl always question me why bc I don’t feel comfortable in my own body thank u so much for your content I fell in love with your channel right away ❤️😁

    I know where your coming from growing up in my Mexican house hold they admired full faced rounder women as for me I was working out and attempting to eat healthy and from that I lost a lot of weight and constantly was told I was to skinny and that skinny is ugly just blah lol I did what I thought felt right for me and I am in the process of getting my bottom thick so thank you for your advice and videos😁

      Omg they used to call me that but it was “de cariño” I never saw it as a bad thing, I was so skinny growing up but I ate a lot, I just had a really fast metabolism and the food I ate wasn’t the most nutritional. Now I weigh 162 and I’m 5’6. I already have two kids at 25 years old and I workout 5 days a week and eat all my calories and I feel amazing. They still call me that cause it just stuck lol even tho I’m not so skinny.

    Came across your video, it was very helpful because I just started my workout journey in the ends of June & I see some change but I really want to work on my legs I weight 125 after 2 babies and I really just want a flat tummy and some legs lol I have been building muscle because I just focus on doing weights and I do see a change in my body but I'm so bad at eating a lot to be able to gain and build so this video was very helpful thank you.     I understand where you’re coming from I also get those comments ALOT from everyone around me. At first I was okay with it but when it started to be the topic every time it started to hurt me a lot. I struggle with Gaining weight and as much as I eat I feel like I can never gain weight. Most of the time I don’t have an appetite to eat which makes it very difficult. I can also relate to when you said by the time I get my food I lose my appetite. Do you have any tips on how to fix my eating habits? Ps love your channel❤️

      If it's really hard to eat. If you can't eat a whole plate of food then I would say eat small portions at a time. So eat a good amount of calories a day. If you drink 2 protein shakes a day, that have up to 800 calories each that's already 1600 calories. Which is good! Add a lot of carbs and fats to your smoothies. So all you have to eat is 1400 calories. Use MyFitness Pal if you can. Theirs videos on youtube how to use it. Hope this helps!

    I’m only 5 minutes in and I’m crying because your story sounds like mine. The comments and just not taking care of my health. I never have an appetite and it’s difficult for me to eat one meal a day. I tried weight gain shakes and I dislike the taste of the powder. I tried boost/ensure drinks and it (TMI) gave me stomach problems. I just don’t know what to do and where to start, but it’s great to hear your story

      I would recommend protein shakes because you can drink them whenever and it’s not hard to add drinkable calories. For example if you drink 2 a day than that’s an extra 600 calories if you get the 300 cal ones. Also eat carbs

      I did but only for a month. I honestly don't like the feeling of waist trainers especially working out with it on.

      It's a stress, cortisol belly plus too much sugary food. I know it well, it's my issue too! Try cutting the stress and processed sugars xo

    Most of my fat is in my stomach 😩and back fat how can I loose the fat in that area that way I can get a small waist and grow my glutes

      Sadly you cannot spot reduce fat, if you lose it, it will be from all over your body, but the best thing to do in my opinion is start lifting heavy weights. You will gain muscle and burn fat. If you wanna gain muscle and grow the booty you need to be in a caloric intake, which means eating more calories than you burn. She said she eats 3,000 calories but if you’re just starting you have to start off slowly. And if you want to lose weight you have to be in a caloric deficit which means eat less calories than you burn. There’s a RUclipsr named Taylorkaytee who explained how to burn fat and gain muscle while trying to maintain a smaller waist, I can’t think of the word she used for it but she has a video on it where she’s answering questions, you should check her out

      Growing up I’ve always had a flat stomach. It’s genetics. I use to be 135 the most when I was in high school. When I finished high school I lost so so much weight. I was unhealthy. Then when I gained back my weight and a little more I didn’t gain to much on my stomach. Just a bit around my love handles. I recommend if you’re trying to not gain weight around your stomach do the things I mentioned in the video I posted. I’ll link it here ⬇️

    Just a funny fact 😅😩 I’m over here trying to loose the last 15 pounds to reach 120 and I was 140 like back in October of 2020... and your trying to gain weight 😒😅 ... but yes I’m hoping I can reach 120 by MAy

      Same ! I'm at 130 aiming for 120. I HATE exercising, I usually go to dance classes or swim but Covid ended those options. I went on a low carb diet, do yoga every day and I'm trying to get into working out. It's hard!
