I just go directly from floor up to blocks and back down, skipping the fingertips part. Is this bad? I also never do the splits for any of these drills, though I also don't really keep my legs glued together. They usually just flail around. This is a problem too, no?
Alan Equi Nice Work! It all depends what your goals are. If you would like to achieve a One Arm Handstand I would recommend trying to find balance/stillness on top of the working hand with next to no weight in the assisting hand/shoulder before lifting the arm, that might mean going to finger tips or not.
