Andhra Pradesh state legal service committee sending a notice to director of school education Andhra Pradesh but he didn't respond.I lost 3 teacher jobs due to lack of transparency in AP MODEL school selection, EMRS contract teacher selection, Physics JL selection in seetampeta ITDA.I send the below message so many times to CPGRMS, RASTRAPATI BHAVAN,and CM Sir Andhra Pradesh, collector , Commissioner And Directorate Of School Education,RJD VISAKHAPATNAM,but till now I didn't get job. kindly give my job to me Sir.

I applied for PGT PHYSICS teacher notification to
Recruitment notification of PGT,TGT guest teachers in EMR Schools Parvathipuram manyam district
But they put my name is ineligible but I am eligible According to government of Andhra Pradesh Higher education department latter No.8433/UEI/A1/2004-2 Dated 13-12-2004.
I enclosed the letter copy.

And another one is I tried to apply for JL in physics in ITDA seetampeta but they didn't allow me to apply because I don't have two levels of English medium in my education but In direct recruitment there is no rule of two levels of English medium then why they put this rule of two levels of English medium for outsourcing recruitment Sir.
Due to the two levels of English medium I didn't get job in tribal welfare
I have 9 years teaching experience
I got M.Sc first class with distinction from Andhra University Visakhapatnam Andhra Pradesh.
Recently the commissioner of school education Andhra Pradesh released a notification for
D. Sc in that there is no rule of two levels of English medium then why they put two levels of English medium rule for outsourcing job recruitment.
JL notification also released in Andhra Pradesh in that also there is no rule of two levels of English medium Sir.
But till now I didn't get any contract or outsourcing teacher job
So kindly give any contract or outsourcing job sir.

I attended to demo for AP MODEL SCHOOL PGT PHYSICS in zone -1, Andhra Pradesh.
on 23 sep 2022.
(They call 1:2 ratio.)
I got good Mark's in demo also.
Out of those 12 person's who are attended to PGT PHYSICS DEMO Only me got the highest marks (The selection committee allotted 7 marks for 10 marks).
they put final selection list in website
On 02/10/2022.
But in that list I am not selected
Actually some person's who are in front rows in the final selection list are not eligible for intermediate teaching why because they
are belongs to Marine Geo physics.
(According to government of Andhra Pradesh Higher education department latter No.8433/UEI/A1/2004-2 Dated 13-12-2004.)
I received a letter from RJD Visakhapatnam on 21/11/2022

In that they clearly mentioned that
In AP MODEL SCHOOLS
Notification No.54/APMS/2022, Dated:04.08.2022 of the Andhra Pradesh model school society.
1. The selection committee not follow the G.O
GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH Higher education department
Latter No.8433/U E.I/A1/2004-2 Dated:13-12-2004.
2. They didn't considered right to equality act.(They didn't give Mark's to my 8 years experience they give zero marks)
3.They didn't considered AP TET.
(Recently the commissioner of school education Andhra Pradesh released a notification for TGT PGT teacher notification for all model schools in Andhra Pradesh in that notification TET TEACHER ELIGIBILITY TEST is mandatory)
According to right to equality act .
Article 16 There shall be equality opportunity for all citizens in matters relating to employment or appointment to any office under the State.
But they didn't considered right to equality act
The Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) is the minimum qualification required in India for a person to be eligible for an appointment as a teacher in the school in any of the schools. But
They didn't considered AP TET while selection
In AP MODEL SCHOOLS
Notification No.54/APMS/2022, Dated:04.08.2022 of the Andhra Pradesh model school society.
While giving the above notification the commissioner of school education not follow the above mentioned points (1to3) so kindly consider my grievance and give my job to me sir.
And another one is
The selection committee put final selection demo list on 08/09/2022
After one week they removed some person's from that list and again put final selection list on 16/09/2022.
there is no transparency in the selection committee.
If the selection committee considered any one of the above mentioned points definitely I am the first person in the PGT PHYSICS selection list.
They didn't give Mark's to my 8 years experience they give zero marks
Please give justice sir.

the one and only way to develop the life's of poor people is the good education in schools if the government provide good teachers in school's then only the life's of poor people will develop
but selection of all contract and outsourcing teacher jobs there is no transparency then how poor people life's will developed
so kindly give any contract or outsourcing teacher jobs to me Sir.
