What a gigantic difference between the tiny, sick little baby you bought and this gorgeous, healthy, happy almost 2 year old. You are a fantastic horse woman Clever!
Come on Viewers let’s get this wonderful gal-girl up to 100K viewership ahead of her schedule!! Please tell all your horse loving friends what a Special Horse Mom she is!!!
It really brings such joy to my heart just seeing those peaceful beautiful beings standing there in their pastures. It makes me Think why am I or anybody else living in cities or suburbs. The only way to live is in that kind of a surrounding.
I totally agree! This girl looks totally different from the day you brought her home. Excellent care SHOWS big time! Congratulations for another awesome rehab.
I'm so glad you are kind and gentle when training the horses - I'm sure humans will get more out of them when they are treated with respect when in training and after.
Clever Cowgirl your calm patient demeanor is remarkable and admirable. Thank you for sharing your journey with your horses. Scarlet is a beautiful soul. ❤
You See?? That's Why You Are The Clever Cowgirl!! You Got A Horse For $25.00 And You turned it into a GREAT FIND!! Just Some Training?? And You Will Have The HORSE OF YOUR DREAMS!!❤😊
Scarlet is looking beautiful with the shiny coat and healthy look. Her getting more acceptable to touch on her face is encouraging for future training for sure. She likes her treats! 😊 I await the day with anticipation when all get to graze on the grass as a group.
She's beautiful! I loved watching her prance around while you worked her, even though I bet that was annoying. You're so gentle with your horses. They have their own personalities and you work with that. I love how carefully you monitor and tend to their needs-right balance of food, handling, the company they do best in. Here's hoping you get 100k subscribers!
Watching and listening to you about Scarlett just emphasizes your expertise on all aspects of horse ownership! Back "in the olden days" when I was young, people just assumed that all horses were mature, and ready for any type training by 3 yr. old. Your wonderful videos and explanations make far more sense than anything I was ever taught! Of course, horses go through individual growth when learning, depending on their life experiences from birth! Think about it....... ! Thank you for the enlightenment, CC!
I was once in a bird sanctuary and a golden eagle took a dive at our toddler. It was within inches of her, and two meters of us. It was astonishingly large, it could have picked up my daughter.
Am I mistaken or does she have an unusually proud trot? Also a lovely show of trust. I think that spot right in front of their face is a blind spot, so not surprising that some are more protective.
Scarlet is a huge brown bundle of love. Beautiful beyond words. She is so frisky but we women understand that. Love watching her graceful motions. Learning in comfort and safety. Thank you as Gods blessing to these animals. Enjoy all the characters in your videos.😍
My, Scarlet certainly has grown a lot. She looks like a totally different horse. I love it how you let Huckleberry at home when it's baby gopher season, even if said gophers are pestering you with digging holes everywhere.
Scarlet is looking gorgeous! You are so patient and understanding of their moods and personalities. Never rushing them through a new task. I will enjoy when you put a saddle on her! ❣
Scarlett reminds me of My horse I had as a teenager. Peppe' she was Arabian and quarter horse. Sorral. Strawberry and gold mane and her tail had every color in the book. ❤ that was in the early 70s and I still dream about her. Oh My!
I live in the Midwest and gophers here look pretty much like nekkid mole rats. I was shocked to see that CC's gophers have fur. I agree, hers are some kind of ground squirrel.
I just started watching Scarlett's story from her beginning with you. Now I can't believe this is the same horse! I came across a quote today, from Leonardo da Vinci "...love of anything is the offspring of ... knowledge". Watching you work with your horses is true testament of this.
It's smart for Tiny not to stray from the barn area during the day due to birds of prey. A red tailed hawk tried to snatch up my little cat through my patio window! 😮 After it hit the window it flew to a near by tree & looked pretty disappointed that he couldn't get her.
U should BE SO PROUD OF YOURSELF. U TAKE SUCH LOVING POSITIVE HEALTHY CARE 4 ALL OF UR HORSES.... IT'S SO BEAUTIFUL 2 WITNESS...TY 4 SHARING WITH ALL OF US. Honestly, I didn't know she originally was a "wild horse." She's def come far, I've watched every video U have posted. I do not know how I missed this fact about this gorgeous girl.....
Oh, Scarlet moves so beautifully! 💖💖 ... My dog was the same w her paws! Couldnt touch them, took soooo long to desensitize her. 😶 And she never even had any trauma, i just think she simply doesnt like it 😂
Definitely reward horses for good behavior. She’s gorgeous!!! Diamond in the rough! So good you have the patience to help these beautiful babes! Thank you. ❤️🐴💙🐴❣️❣️
I love that at one point she just bounced off the ground like all four feet in the air at once. She's going to be quite athletic under saddle. She trusts you a lot!
Having had a Trakehner colt as a pasture pet, she is pretty typical of what I called "hoppy happy" -- Trigger would whack me with his head, duck and dance after standing still for the halter and lunging beautifully, then breaking with a hop, twist and shout. He'd run at me when I was out with the goats and herding dogs, then break, hop and run in the opposite direction. Let's just call it spirit -- she likes you which is a big compliment! Great video!
Some of my favourite videos are on scarlet, and seeing an update on her was fantastic. She looks amazing and I enjoy learning about her behaviour during your interaction with her. Look forward to your next video Mrs Clever Cowgirl
Oh I truly wish I wasn’t in Connecticut, I would love to help you out, it would be good therapy for me dealing with a recent death, you are an amazing young woman ,, and I salute you you!
What a treat!!! Beautiful scenery, lovely, curious kitty, beautiful horses, Scarlet is amazing!!! Wow, can't get much better than that on this planet, shall we say, ....almost Heaven?! Thanks so much! ❤❤❤
If u read "All Creatures Great and Small" by James Herriot, he says something like "a cow will kick u whether or not u r an expert - but horses know". Scarlet knows. All hail CC, the intrepid - and skilled - and patient - tamer of wild horses.
I remember. You had a heck of time with the halter so she’s doing so good from then !!! And big and pretty ? You aren’t kidding about that !!! She’s very very pretty and she’s going to get right back into things !! Thanks for the update on her and yes it’s a huge step since the first couple of times I seen her !! Great job CC !!! 🐴❤️
I’ve just been turned onto your channel. I think you’re doing amazing work. Out of all the horses that you have. Scarlet is definitely one of my favorites. Keep up the great work. Just wondering if you Accept donations$$?
Love the video of Scarlett today and she looks fabulous! I was watching the live auction video when you found her. Just $25.00 poor baby so scared, she was looking for you all along ... destiny. Clever and quite intuitive with your horses. You'll have to write a book dear.❤
I hope you get those 100,000 subscribers. I don’t really know a lot of people, and most of my relatives have died. We’ve had bad luck, but when you get old, you’ve naturally lost a lot. I’m not sad about it, because this is life. So, I don’t have anyone to get for you. I’ll ask my daughter again to check you out, but she’s more into other things. Good luck to you and the horses. Seems like people would at least enjoy the vistas. And maybe the gopher babies. 🐴🐴🐴
What a gigantic difference between the tiny, sick little baby you bought and this gorgeous, healthy, happy almost 2 year old. You are a fantastic horse woman Clever!
Don’t you Love her?!? 😊
Scarlet grew up into a beautiful horse!
She will be a great horse for somebody one day due to your hard work
Also hope your ankle is all better! 💖
I am glad the poor gophers didn't get killed. I don't know why but that's sad.they just want to lifelike everything else.😢
Thanks CC 👍🕊️❤️
I'm new subbie to your channel.
Know very little about horses.
But I have been enjoying and learning
❤️❤️❤️🐴
Awesome! Thank you!
You know what? I think you should consider a podcast. 🎉. I know that I would like the chance to chat about horsey things. I'm just sayin'. 🤠
Come on Viewers let’s get this wonderful gal-girl up to 100K viewership ahead of her schedule!! Please tell all your horse loving friends what a Special Horse Mom she is!!!
Your love, consistency and patience is paying off. She's not just worth $25....she's priceless!
Scarlett is absolutely gorgeous.....a shiny coat from good nutrition, not some sprayed-on product or even brushing.....she is a tribute to good care.
Your patience with her will make her an awesome horse and she is going to make a good looking horse
Miss Scarlet is so big, what a lovely girl.
Scarlet, Tiny, and baby gophers! This video has it all.
Your view is stunning, and I’m not even talking about the mountains.. to see the horses in a group is such a treat for us..
It really brings such joy to my heart just seeing those peaceful beautiful beings standing there in their pastures. It makes me Think why am I or anybody else living in cities or suburbs. The only way to live is in that kind of a surrounding.
beautifully said❤
I totally agree! This girl looks totally different from the day you brought her home. Excellent care SHOWS big time! Congratulations for another awesome rehab.
Scarlet has changed so much in the last year---she's coming along beautifully. I loved seeing the gophers, lol!
Appreciate ur kindness to the gofer babies. Even tho, plugging their holes will be work for you. Goferease.
Gopher! Yikes!
I'm so glad you are kind and gentle when training the horses - I'm sure humans will get more out of them when they are treated with respect when in training and after.
Scarlet looks lovely and is doing well in her training. For such a young, wild horse she's great ❤
Your patience and understanding for your Children, Friends, your horses is really very remarkable and i find it very spacial.
Scarlet has come so far! She's developing into a real beauty. 🐎🌹I'm sending her lots of love❤️❤️❤️

Scarlet is absolutely GEORGIOUS!! SHE IS PERFECT. 2 YR OLD. 👌
Clever Cowgirl your calm patient demeanor is remarkable and admirable. Thank you for sharing your journey with your horses. Scarlet is a beautiful soul. ❤
Hit that like button😍 It helps her algorithm, lol.
I loved Frisco Bill's story and I think it's wonderful that you've kept him for 30 years(!). I'm glad he gets to do whatever he wants 😊
You See?? That's Why You Are The Clever Cowgirl!! You Got A Horse For $25.00 And You turned it into a GREAT FIND!! Just Some Training?? And You Will Have The HORSE OF YOUR DREAMS!!❤😊
Scarlett is looking fantastic. You really are an inspiration. Your horses are so well cared for.
I think clever cowgirl always shows the difference between partnering with a horse vs just owning a horse.
Agree!
Scarlet is so gorgeous, it's so fun to watch her run - her movement looks so nimble and smooth.
Scarlet is growing into a beautiful horse. She is lucky you found her! ❤
This girl is simply gorgeous..❤❤❤
Such a beautiful mare ❤️❤️
Thank you for another great video! So rewarding when a horse just decides one day that something you have been working on is now OK❤️
She's a real beauty
Scarlet is looking beautiful with the shiny coat and healthy look.
Her getting more acceptable to touch on her face is encouraging for future training for sure.
She likes her treats! 😊 I await the day with anticipation when all get to graze on the grass as a group.
So happy Scarlet is coming along; not surprised ‘cuz it’s YOU training her, but glad she’s making your life a bit easier.
Positive reinforcement is always the best way to go❤🐎🐈🙏

If only everyone had your patience. So nice to see your slow work with this mare.
I never knew that large birds like an eagle could snatch a cat!! 😮
Little dogs too!
I was once in a bird sanctuary and a golden eagle took a dive at our toddler. It was within inches of her, and two meters of us. It was astonishingly large, it could have picked up my daughter.
Let these horses pull supply carts and work the dry lots to clean or drag them. Save some gas money for the new Rhino or Polaris whatever.
Am I mistaken or does she have an unusually proud trot?
Also a lovely show of trust. I think that spot right in front of their face is a blind spot, so not surprising that some are more protective.
Love the way you end your sessions on a positive note. Vitally important for any horse ❤❤
Muss Scarlett looks amazing! And I am in love with Montana, those mountains 🤩
Hey CC and everyone!!
Scarlett is becoming a beautiful horse. You’re so patient with her - she’s a lucky horse that you found her
Scarlet is looking gorgeous! You are so patient and understanding of their moods and personalities. Never rushing them through a new task. I will enjoy when you put a saddle on her! ❣
She's beautiful. 😊
And a sorrel.
She’s amazing
Scarlet is beautiful, and I love how you give her so much reassurance. Thanks for the video
Scarlett reminds me of My horse I had as a teenager. Peppe' she was Arabian and quarter horse. Sorral. Strawberry and gold mane and her tail had every color in the book. ❤ that was in the early 70s and I still dream about her. Oh My!

GREAT work CC, beautiful horse.
She is soooo pretty!
She became gorgeous! Scarlet is a beautiful name for this girl! 🐴
Its amazing what a beautiful horse she’s grown out to be.
Weather looks great out there today. Scarlett is gorgeous! Can't wait to see how Ziggy interacts with the other horses!
Scarlett ❤❤❤❤
Don't think they're gophers. Type of ground squirrel's for sure.
Yes! Sharp eyes! There's a past video where CC gives the full name, Something Something Ground Squirrel. She calls them gophers for short. ❤
Love that!
It's smart for Tiny not to stray from the barn area during the day due to birds of prey. A red tailed hawk tried to snatch up my little cat through my patio window! 😮 After it hit the window it flew to a near by tree & looked pretty disappointed that he couldn't get her.
😮😮😮🦅
My mail can wait- CC time!!!!

Scarlett is looking great! That shine on her hair coat is awesome ... it looks like you sprayed her with Show Sheen. She is beautiful! ❤
I love that at one point she just bounced off the ground like all four feet in the air at once. She's going to be quite athletic under saddle. She trusts you a lot!

Scarlett looks beautiful, her mane and forelock are getting so long ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Pure happyness, thanks a lot! 🌞❤
Ah that’s the purpose of the pink collar. Kind of a dog id collar 😂

I know you won't be riding her for a long time, but please consider a bitless bridle for her because of her sensitivities.
Scarlet is gorgeous!
you are so great. she looks beautiful and its so nice to see her gaining a little confidence and learning to trust you.❤
I never catch premiers! Yay!
I feel like Scarlet would do well hanging out with Ziggy. Not that I know anything about horse training, but that just seems like a good pairing. ❤
