You know suffering everyday with this depression sucks. I don't want anybody to know what my heart goes through. There are days..... Some I want my heart to just stop beating, there's always a chance to live, always. You can motivate me and convince me that there's hope. Love who I am, be who I'm suppose to be. But living internally with it in mind heart and soul, isn't your words, as much as I believe what you guys say. I feel nothing! Just another day, my heart is like a black hole, I absorb emptiness, depression gets triggered regardless of the emotions.
A wise person once told me "a problrm shared is a problem halved" I keep holding in my pain as I am afraid it will affect others but to those who read this don't do what I am doing always tell someone it doesn't matter if ot affects others they will only carr about you not hoe your pain will affect them From a stranger to another I care about you and the whole world loves you ❤😊😊
