I started my journey yesterday. The first Saturday in a very long time I chose not to drink alcohol. I didn’t even smoke weed for the first time in 14 months. I went on a massive walk with an old friend. Then afterwards I went to the gym and played this song. I read a good book before I went to bed and guess what? The next day (right now) I feel great for it. That’s just one day of changes and I’ve gone from crying while eating my lunch to smiling while I write this. Within 24 hours. Changes starts within self. We can do this guys 👊

I found flying alone to be scary lonely. Anxiety and depression made me feel like flying alone causes me to over think who I am and what im made for. I love this song so much because I feel like I can only walk my own path to get where I'm struggling to make it. My life is a Rollercoaster of emotions and dier struggle of fighting for my daughter to stay with me while her mom pains me by trying to take her away. I walk along because no one has helped or asked me how I've felt during my separation.

Walking alone on ones destined path, means that we learn more, as there is no one to cloud our inner vision...We are never alone anyway, even if others think we are...I learned this and was taught this many moons ago...I feel that the person conveying this too me, did so knowing that I had been abandoned in childhood by a prime caregiver in my life, and wanted to show me, that not only are we connected by our thoughts if on the same vibrational frequency and also that no spiritual connection to anyone is ever lost in regards to space time and distance. Been alone has made me a very strong person. I thought i need someone in my life to be happy but then i learned all i need was to love myself and accept my journey with no regrets.
Damn this song hitting hard it's matching my life.
I've suffered the most in my family and they never supported me , I was lonely among people, I distanced myself from people, how many times I tried to end, I was professionally diagnosed with severe depression, oh how come that young sweet girl got lost in dark. I got stronger than everyone around me , those stormy nights turned me into a beast.

I started this journey in Aug. 2018 when I went to a concert with some friends from recovery group. We got separated cause where our seats were. I was left alone and I was scared of being alone. First time in a long time I found myself alone and I heard God say "My child, I'm preparing you for this journey that you will be given..I will not leave you." In Dec 2018 I lost my family, home, everything. Always know that no matter what happens God loves you and He will never leave you.
Ive walked alone most of my life. Didn't need anyone thought I could be by myself till my day's were done. But the depression and anxiety and trauma which I've fought for over 60 years!!! I'm 68 now and feel so dam alone. I CAN'T AFFORD TO LOSE THIS FIGHT GOD! 18 YRS OF UNDERGROUND FIGHTING FOR A LIVING. THAN THE SHIT JUST GETS WORSE. IF U READ THIS THANK YOU CUZ THAT WILL HELP TO NOT FEEL ALONE A LITTLE BIT.
"I'm on my own" yeah man that's what I got in the end out of my all toxic relationships and friendships. At peace now.
