I always omit speaking ‘to’ after the number for avoiding confusion
Ex: ‘descent eight thousand’ in stead of ‘descend to eight thousand.

Well... That's why we always use "descend/climb to ALTITUDE/FLIGHT LEVEL xxx".

Shouldn’t it be FL ’two hundred’ rather than FL ’two zero zero’ ?

Um not to be rude or anything, however 119.2 would be pronounced one one niner decimal two and the number 3 is pronounced tree...

8000 hr pilot, this video came up in our recurrent training. Good info and at first I was thinking of using this for our foreign military pilot students, but I found it very hard to follow because of the AI voice with awful inflection and unnatural speech rhythm. Everything just kinds of runs together and turns into a monotonous stream of blabbering. I can't imagine how difficult it would be for a non-native English speaker. I kind of gave up halfway through, sorry.
