You forgot to mention the old roidz rage as a side effect. I had a friend open admitting he took steroids and, although being a very good chap liked and respected by everyone, when he raged out he just took it straight on everyone, even older people. He _clicked_ like he was having some sort of a PTSD fit. He never hurt anyone but, in his own words, when this happens just let me rant until I _run out of fuel._

You'd force your whole hormone system out of whack causing skin, organ and mental challenge's aswell and your balls will shrink from abusing that shit.

Age doesn't automatically deteriorate your health. It's the cumulation of factors that harm your health over time that you were either unaware or neglected. Most people become more sedentary as they age. Our food in society is not optiminal for long term consumption. It's now more processed than ever in any history of humanity. There are many foods you eat from resturants that are all processed with nutrients diminished or contain harmful elements that harm you.
Over time the accumulation is what leads to weaker heart amd nervous system, weaker endocrine system, and lack of nutrients. The last obstacle is the adoption of technology. Most people suffer from poor sleep due to blue light harming circadian ryhtme.
On top of this, if you take steroids. You are doing even more damage as your bodies natural endogenous production becomes completely dependant on the exogenous hormones. You will develop poor habits that are not healthy and not realize it because your hormones are not controlled by normal everyday factors. They are controlled by the drugs you take. Simply put. You will not be in tune with yourself. You cannot measure your habits with your hormones to develop healthy habits.

This is literally just you waxing poetic about your personal opinion of aging and how you’ve dealt with it. 😂 you are probably that guy who always comments shit like: “Im 60 and I feel like I’m 29 😌 because I treat my body so well and sleep well and stay active yada yada…” “aging doesn’t have to happen, you LET yourself age by acting different!” I wish you could hear how delusional you sound but your ears are ringing from the noises within your own echo chamber.
Keep telling yourself age isn’t biological and it’s in people’s changed behavior. I hope you manage to “stay active” and avoid aging like you claim so you can keep the car running for 500 years no problem! By your logic it should be no problem! Just stay active! Happy running 🏃

It's when you start looking at social media sites that you don't see any warnings what so ever and you shouldn't be getting information on steroids from social media. As a female- one thing I ALWAYS wanted was abs. I worked out with a personal trainer (both male and female) and dietician for almost 5 years in my early 20s. Finally, I came to the realization that my body shape is just not meant for exposed abs. My female trainer tried to offer me steroids many times to help me achieve my goal. I almost said yes a few times because I thought I wouldn’t be happy if I didn’t reach my goal.
Now, in my early 30s I am active, fit, do aerial sports and still don’t have noticeable definition in my stomach, but I know I’m strong in my core and that’s what counts.
I hate seeing men and women, especially young men and women get into steroids. But I also understand the appeal. Just hope if I can prevent even one person from getting started, I’ll be happy. I feel good in my body and my body is the only one I get. It’s important to take care of it.

It’s not even just steroids but bodybuilding as a sport that puts a massive strain on the organs.
The typical bodybuilding diet and a contest prep cycle, even for natural bodybuilders, is anything but healthy.
Add steroids to that and you don’t just shorten your lifespan by a couple of years, it’s gonna be decades.

    • @EAT1999
      @EAT1999 2 месяца назад

@@EAT1999 comparing the average person who is eating shit and is having a sedentary lifestyle to someone who is even remotely physically active and looking after what they’re eating is kinda pointless you know. And no, even natural bodybuilding IS unhealthy. To stuff your face to be in a crazy surplus of calories to “gain muscle mass” (which is unhealthy in itself, it doesn’t matter if the calories come from chicken or chocolate, to regularly overeat puts a massive strain on your organs), only to then dehydrate and starve yourself for contest prep (which, again, is definitely not healthy, no explanation necessary here) is massive fluctuations in body weight and composition and the human body is not built to handle that very well. There’s a distinction between lifting weights to stay in shape and serious bodybuilding.
There’s tons of people who lift weights at a very old age, just like there’s many recreational and semi-professional endurance athletes who can continue their sport quite successfully until they die, eg 80 year old marathoners, but there’s hardly any (serious) bodybuilder who started competing at a young age, who is now past 60 and out there truly killing it. The sport destroys your body. Stop fooling yourself by defending a beauty pageant for men in sparkly thongs.

I think people don't know how steroids work, if you take them for a short period of time therefore not stopping your own production you can build a massive amount of muscle and keep it all if you had high testosterone before. From my experience I think this is how guys like alex eubank developed. Maintaining the extra fluid from the drugs and the new muscle tissue are two different things. A lot of these guys are much bigger than they could get without, but by no means does it mean they are staying on something. That tissue stays if you do it right, its cumulative. Makes sense because some maintain nice hairlines as well.

People will claim that there is a "safe" way to take steroids by having regular bloodwork but that will not tell them if they have an enlarged heart and by definition, steroids will elevate the bad cholesterol. Unless they have regular ultrasound of their heart, they will be no wiser however many blood tests they have. It all seems quite sad because now kids start with heavy cycles ridiculously early and statistics will then inevitably give us more and more of too young dead bodybuilders.

    LDL is not “bad cholesterol”.
It is only a problem when it’s oxidized by excess glucose and insulin.
I have high cholesterol for over 25 years, but I’ve done a CAC (Cardiac CT Calcium) test and instead of scoring over 200 which is typical for high LDL, and where 300 means severe disease, my score was 6.1.
Why? I’ve cut sugars out of my diet as much as possible so the oxidized plaques don’t form to cause LDL to clot.

CACs only show calcification and can be misleading. The real culprit is narrowing of the arteries, and it's possible to have this without calcification (via soft or fibrous plaques). For this, a better test is the carotid ultrasound or coronary angiography. It's great when a CAC is a clean read, but don't get too comfortable with the idea it's the full picture (no pun intended).
