My son likes when I put a teaspoon in his scrambled eggs for breakfast... Pot roast hamburgers Puerto Ricans used for sofrito for just about everything

Hey that plate looked fantastic. You can wash your meat in the sink if you want. But I stopped doing that years ago. Just pull out of the packaging and wipe off with paper towels. Now to the beautiful wood cutting board. You should be maintaining it with a neutral oil to protect the wood from both rotting or drying out. As far as reducing cross contamination everything your doing is going into the same dish and is all going to be getting cooked so I wouldn't be concerned there. When the cook is over then it's time to clean not just the cutting board but also the counter top. First I use warm water with a little detergent. But I finish with some warm water with a capful of bleach. Then finish the board with the oil. Hey last thing let your camera gal know I said she did a great job. And it was great to see you while doing this video. I believe voice over can be a wonderful technique. But seeing the content creator makes it better. Hope to see more videos done this way.
