The best thing about living in Florida is the variety of food from different cultures.. especially in Miami🤤
No Jacksonville is more diverse and equal amount
Obviously more black and white but you got some Hispanic people and Asians but Miami is mainly Hispanic immigrants so you really don't get to experience the real flordia intill you hit Central and North flordia
I haven't found any good Puerto Rican food restaurants here in Miami.

The Rican, Cuban and Dominican cuisine is basically the same with some minor differences. the three Caribbean nations eat lechon asa'o, arroz con gandules o guandules y arroz con habichuelas (frijoles for Cubans)
I'm not sure what you're talking about but they are not the same. There is a very distinct difference between all three.

La Lechonera cocina una comida deliciosa. Siempre q voy a Orlando paso por allá y el sabor de esta comida no cambia. Te atienden rápido y el personal es muy amable al servirte. El lugar es limpio. Es uno de los mejores restaurante q he visitado. ❤

Wow! I went this rest. for the first time today on our 11 anniversary and this alce was awesome . Ok. First Maria thank you they play for me to my husband the song I ask for from The Beach Boys Only God Knows. Then they came the crew to applause and congratulate us. I felt so home loved . Well and what about food everything you can ask. They serve a lot and is not that expensive. The flan was delicious. I like that they different music not bachata o merengue all the time all the time. They did considere that they are different cultures and English speakers too. I love this people .

I grew up in NYC and have eaten in some of the city's finest restaurants. Years later I moved to the Midwest and again have eaten at some very fine restaurants. While I have sampled some of the best cuisines in the world, I have got to say that Puerto Rico's food is absolutely the finest cuisine on earth. Am not saying that because I am a Boricua, but because I speak and write the honest TRUTH. It is the best. The very best there is.

This place has some of the best PR food in the world. Their lechon tastes better than the one that I have had in Guavate. It is responsible for me gaining about 10 lbs in past couple of years.

I live in Orlando and have never been here. I can say you can find every countries food here. You also have every franchise restaurant here. I will most definitely check it out even though there are several PR, DR, Columbian, and many more countries represented right in my neighborhood.

I saw this video and was so excited to go to this place. My husband and daughter and I traveled an hour just to go there. What a shock we had when we got there. The food we had seen in this video was not what we saw when we were there. This food was not amazing, it was bland and tasteless. I have no idea what happened in the last 6 months but this place is definitely not the same.

Oh my God the food looks good I live in West Palm Beach Florida We don’t have those kind of restaurants here I was in Orlando for Christmas day for a whole week and I did not know about this place Next time on my way to Orlando I will be visiting you guys. The food looks delicious.

When the parking lot is clear of ice I am getting in my car and heading down there.
Just visited this place during a trip to Orlando. We drove nearly 30 minutes after seeing this video and how good everything looked. While the food was not bad, the service was awful. There were no customers in the restaurant but we got no greeting when we walked in, the servers were congregating together and didn’t even acknowledge us when we said hello or tried to make conversation. When we were finally served, my order was wrong because the server was busy talking with her coworker. Then they started blasting music which just made the experience worse. What a shame.
Make sure you give them a bad review. Bad service warrants it

The last time I went there around 7pm the man behind the counter had an attitude and didn't serve me enough food! Last time I go over there!
Used to visit this place a handful of times. But seeing the 69(D) Health Inspection Score and the Inspector notes made me rethink this place.

Idk about the best in the state however what makes this place great is that the food variety is available all day long
Unless they are literally about to close around what 8 pm?? you are going to find a huge variety of food, go early if you want to find fish, oxtails, yuca and pastelon so on

I’ve been there several times and it’s good, but I wouldn’t say great. The video is better than the experience. You get more rice than meat and it not cheap. Expect to pay between $15 and $20 per person without drinks or dessert.
Even though I try to avoid pork as much as possible I'd definatly like to try this joint...
La comida exquisita tiene gran variedad en su menú y todo es sabroso y los postres ni hablar todos deliciosos. Una vez que conoscas el lugar te va a encantar su comida. Te lo recomiendo

It's ok..I remember when they were a small restaurant next door and the gas station was in operation...hit or miss sometimes...it's not cheap anymore...like everything else.

La cocina puertorriqueña tiene marcadas influencias española y africana, taína y actualmente, un poco de norteamericana. Pero mayoritariamente su sabor es mulato (español y africano). Es una comida con mucho sabor donde predomina el sabor de los condimentos y especias y, la sabrosa grasa de cerdo.
Eso es comida puertorriqueña 🇵🇷🇺🇸
