Bryan Lenihan and it's so awesome. I hear so many bands influence from those days. I miss this music.
J 406 You and me both every time I listen to this album I get the biggest smile on my face I was born in 99 actually so that's probs why I love bands like KoRn,SOAD,Godsmack,Disturbed etc
Bryan Lenihan well I got a few years on ya then, but I feel the same way. This stuff came out when I was getting out of HS. The prime time off Linkin Park,b Limp Bizkit, Powerman 5000, Flaw, and so many others.

My Enemies & I are pretty legit too. They have some melody-heavy songs but they have groove-heavy nu-metal revivals as well.

DED reminds me bands such as Linkin Park, Korn, SOAD, Bring me the Horizon, etc. Playing with rap and hip hop influence with Metal vibes

Love that this is directed by Fred Durst.
To veteran metal fans: Take the jump to newer music. Don't get caught in a loop of older music. Fuck yeah it's better, but there is a silver lining to attaching to a modern group of bands. It puts you in the present. It gives you more energy not only because the band is younger and goes hard as fuck, but it's a fresh take on metal.
I saw these guys September 2017. They opened for Korn. They got the place ROCKING big time. Was the best opening act I've seen in a LONG time.
These guys need to be way bigger. I've played this album over 30 times and never gets old. Can't wait to see what else they bring out in the future!!

Why they’re unrecognized? This vibe reminds me bands such as Linkin Park, with hip hop influences and Nu Metal after that. It sounds very nice. Long live Hard Rock! 🔥🤘🏼

They started off like they were gonna be huge and since then they've only released 2 albums since 2017. Not sure what's going on with them or if it's maybe just some label issues🤷♂️ They just kind of fell off the radar

My best mate and I were growing up listening to Korn, Limp Bizkit, Slipknot and all that good shit. He showed me Ded two weeks ago and instantly it became one of my favourite bands of all time! soooooo fucking good! I hope they will tour in Europe!

Anti-Everything was the first song I heard by them too. I then realized the vocalist Joe Cotela had another band called Man Made Machine about a little over a year after I bought this CD.
Spotify has been pushing Hate Me on me. I caved in and downloaded Mis An Thrope and I was blown away
we saw these guys live in a small venue and my wife hates this kind of music but these guys rocked her socks off

The classic Nu Metal influence in this band is awesome! You can totally hear old school Corey Taylor in these songs, and I swear the vocals at 0:32 seriously sound just like Jonathan Davis. It's awesome that they can do this while still having their own distinctive sound. These guys are gonna be big in the next 5 years.
Seen them in rocklahoma and they rocked. Remind me of limp biscuit meets Korn and Slipknot. Definitely one of the best new metal bands an extremely long time and one of the best rock shows I've seen

This song is amazing and literally got me through my divorce. Whenever my ex husband would try to apologize for his drinking or violent behavior I would just play this song and repeat “Remember the enemy” ❤
Saw those guys live at Rock on the Range in Columbus...Neither this video nor the actual record does justice to how good they sound live. That raw energy and passion was out of this world.

Live sure, on record I think would be a waste as they are similar but not Korn. Marilyn Manson and FFDP have been successful in covering and even completely changing songs outside of their sound / genre and they have turned out great. Sweet Dreams sounded nothing like Eurthymics, and it was a success as it was like a new song. Ded making a "nu-metal" song out of something like Blink 182's "Adam's Song" or Journey's "Wheel in the Sky" would be different, more interesting, and probably more successful
Joe Cotela is a great vocalist. I like his Man Made Machine and Ded!
