On my bike little harder changes out the oil because my got oil screen & rubber gasket and flat nut plate! I use K&N oil filter & Castrol Power`1 5W-40 4T oil on my Piaggio! Ceasar
I was struggled hot get took clamp on oil filter. This didnt show. So tight under carriage

That’s very high quality oil 👌🏻 motul 7100 or 5100 semi synthetic is more than fine for the cbr659
Better to write on the oil filter last oil change

I'm fairly sure it's the same motor and exhaust setup. I think so but I'd verify
