Scandal is one of the most, if not the most popular rock band in Japan for a long time. They start very young, when the group was formed, the drummer was still in high school and at the beginning they usually dress school uniforms and all of them have their hair jet black (In Japan most High schools do not permit to their students to dye her hair). They have a lot of albums and do a lot of things like music for anime, tv comercial and a lot more.

Band Maid more in the Hard rock and even near metal and Scandal more in the garage rock touching even a little punk. I´m happy every time they do a new album and don´t need to choose, i buy both of them 😍. The more good groups, the better. Now i´m waiting the post to receive the last album of Lovebytes and looking for the new Scandal Album. Pretty happy 😎. Also, really even Scandal don´t sell to much albums in Japan. For a fairly big population, the sales of their records aren´t very big. Typically between 40.000 and 60.000 records only, and the last two ones even less. Japan buy a lot of idol and pop music, but no much rock (it´s a shame).
A fan of them since they debuted with the song Doll 😻 This concert was amazing and meant a lot for them because they were actually a cover band performing just outside that venue before they became famous. 💖
glad you're doing some more scandal one of their best songs is harukaze from the same osaka-jo hall concert-it's the song that made me fall in love with them as it was the first one i heard 4 years ago-it's on youtube and shows the lead singer in the thumbnail dressed in a gorgeous glittery black outfit[they did a costume change halfway thru the concert].definitely worth a listen
They're from the Osaka area and I believe Jo Hall is kind of the "Madison Square Garden" of Osaka.I think this may have been their first time in such a big arena doing a one-band show. So it was a BFD for them to play to a sold-out hometown show, and a sign that they had really made it. And they clearly worked very hard to put on an amazing show. The whole concert is top-notch.
They also perform this song at the Osaka Billboard concert or whatever it's called in 2018. I got the live DVD with the album Honey and I have to say this live verson sounds so much better than the one I have seen.
this was the second song of scandal I ever saw, you need to see if you can find shunkan sentimental's production video they did, its great too, no need to react , just check it out. you'll see how young they were when they started out.

Passcode doesn't use autotune, they use a vocoder to make the vocals sound digital on purpose. Scandal....sadly does use autotune live, seen them live, can confirm they do, but they can actually play the hell out of their instruments.

I saw them at the Sony Theater in NYC right before it closed, sadly they didn't play this, but they did play Shoujo S.
This was one of their biggest hit back then, and also selected to be one of the ending themes of hit anime series Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood
