No minced meat in between, this is a good Kebab! But man, does he put little meat on that Dürüm.. Never seen it with rice though, usually in a flatbread or on a plate.
14:40, for the best wrap (we call it shawarma) instead of fresh cucumbers use pickle, don't use ranch, try using mayonaise and with a lil bit of ground garlic(best sauce) also dill is not good because it will take the taste from the meat and the rest..also add FRENCH FRIES!!!
Here in Germany/Switzerland most people dislike shawarma...fries mixed with bread (carbohydrates mixed with carbohydrates) and a salty garlic sauce and pickles, salty and dry, simply no thanks! Our kebab here is the superior fast food
