And feeling a little bad for the lady with the dog and a little bad for Em
And Dre for having such a B*tch for a neighbor! MIND YO BUSINESS, LADY! (DMX voice)but for real, there really was like this special feeling in the air in that era. Like the whole planet was in its top mode with everything readying for a whole new freaking world. It’s really hard to explain

Dre had just off The Chronic and the Friday soundtrack and due to a whole bunch of s* got out Death Row and started Aftermath. The Firm was like some all-star record label sampler super group deal. It didn't go over well commercially. He was in a spot where didn't need his own solo albums because of all the artists he was producing as well as running the new Aftermath label. Chronic 2001 was his next solo album and he was addressing all those issues. The song here is more like "yall forgot about me making hits?...thinking I fell off when I outsold you? ...you still come to me for beats?" Killer album and full album reaction worthy.

Here's another East Coast rapper from the Bronx that teamed up with "Big Daddy Kane. If interested check these two legends out. "Big Daddy Kane Verzuz KRS-One - May Have Been The Best Verzuz Of All Time!!!" (by the channel: hipHopiZlyfe) --Lawrence "Kris" Parker better known by his stage name "KRS-One" and also known as "Teacha" is an American rapper form the South Bronx. He rose to prominence as part of the hip hop group "Boogie Down Productions" which he co-founded with DJ Scott La Rock in the mid-1980's and tragically Scott La Rock was shot and killed shortly after their debut album called "Criminal Mind" was released. The record received critical acclaim, but sadly "KRS-One" had to go on as a solo project. peace out~
