Nevada County Narrow Gauge no. 5 “Tahoe” 7/14/24 Nevada County Narrow Gauge Railroad Sunday Steam Up

The Tahoe is known to be the oldest operating narrow gauge engine in America and operates every second Sunday from May through October. With the newly built Lake Tahoe Narrow Gauge Railroad flatcar used to carry passengers, there are also clips behind the Tahoe doing runs around the meadow.
The number 5 will carry on the legacy of the “Never Come, Never Go” railroad that once traversed through Nevada County.
