Great feel. Also watch and feel for any excessive arching of your lumbar spine (low back) as your do this drill. If you are tight in the hips this is often a compensation sign for limited hip rotation.
Mark, The flared foot is always a good option. Keep working on getting some more rotation in that hip and it will feel better, but I don't have an issue with golfers turning that front foot out to help get through the ball better.
18STRONG thanks Jeff, much appreciated. Love the podcasts/vids. I’m absolutely amazed your videos are not getting in front of a larger audience. The modern amateur loves this kind of stuff, you should be getting thousands of views on your videos. They’re top notch. Cheers
This is an excellent fix for a swing problem I struggle with constantly! Thanks Jeff!
Happy to help Brian!

Do you have drills for tight hip flexors?
I have both hips replaced so having fits with early extension
Great video...look forward to trying this drill.
Thanks John!
Great video!
Thanks Jeff, mine seems to lock halfway through the turn. I’ve played with flaring the front foot out. Will try this stretch, cheers
