      Paul, just another thank you for spreading the word. Our biggest concern now is keeping up with the demand. Supply chain problems are affecting us too. Every part on the probe is custom made but raw materials are becoming a problem too. You might have noticed the odd color of the anvil portion of the probe in one of those in my hand in the video. That's because we ran short on the black material and used the same material with color in it. Your custom color probe of course, was on purpose :).

      Hey, Mark. Where are you located? I'm beginning to travel again as an instructor and I like to drop in on folks that use my probe when possible.

      @@pfournier623Actually I don't work as a tech and I'm ashamed to admit I don't own your probe. Not yet anyway. I'm semi retired and took up diagnostics as a hobby of sorts. I mostly heard about you from Paul Danner's channel, AKA Scanner Danner. He loves your probes and sings it's praises often. I live in Canada and as much as I would love to shake your hand I would love to see you visit Paul more.
      The short answer I suppose is I live in southern Ontario, Canada. Also I'm very grateful for your response.

    I love my Phil's probe, use it all the time and I'm very careful not to twist while in use as to not damage the needles. I have the longer one I'll be getting the short very soon!

      Good to hear, V is 4. Can you help me out with the meaning of your screen name?

    • @BuggysTowJam
      @BuggysTowJam 2 года назад

      @@pfournier623 Hello Phil and thank you for replying to my comment. I truly love my probe over any other probe on the market. My name is Virgil so I changed my channel name a few times over the years. I started out as buggyalstare, and that name was for my love of the old Meyers Manx fiberglass body vw dune buggies, along with my love for my then 2003 Suzuki GSXR Alstare edition bike. So I combined both loves to make my name. People often were confused by the alstare part of the name, so after a few years I changed it to buggy1971 because I was born in 71. Several years later I was forming a towing company for my son and had changed my name to Buggys tow jam and had an avatar picture of a foot with grape jam between the toes. And then recently, I've been doing some paranormal investigation type stuff, and thought well, I want to make videos of these investigations and thinking about alot of words that start with V including my name I decided to change it to V.is.4... and then I can talk about vehicles whether towing or diagnosing, and making my videos of my paranormal investigations and hopefully end up with a viral one. So that's how the name came about for me.

      Thanks for your purchase, Mark. I almost quit building these multiple times as solving the quality issues over the years has been a challenge but at last we have a product that should give good life if not abused.

      Shaun, Paul Danner is responsible, at some level, keeping me in the probe building business. His video, unsolicited, is what picked up the sales sufficiently to make it worth the trouble.

    Great overview, I love the comparison of the multi-(micro)needle found on the Phil’s probe compared to the railroad spike! Here’s a video I shot a while back that shows what can happen down the road from one of those “Golden-Spike” diagnostic procedures: ruclips.net/video/sI3b_-WbO4I/видео.html
