I would suggest mainly adding a lot of character in whatever you sing (especially if u go for Dory or Marlin) and making sure the vocal quality is good.
And when or if you get a callback make sure to give it your all in each character/song you are told to do! Make sure to do your absolute best in auditions to wow the directors (that's what gets u callbacks)
