I wish I'd had a camera to show you what these things are truly capable of. I dragged my 33ft steel hull yacht weighing 4.5 tons on a 1.5 ton boatyard trailer I'd made using two front axles off a 7.5 ton Bedford lorry (we call them lorries not trucks in the UK) into a farmyard then did a 5 point turn in the yard to get turned round ready to winch onto a low loader. With a purchase tackle you could shift a heck of a lot more.
Do you ever tested a Trac-Grabber? Do you think it would be able to get you out of a situation like this? Do you think it is a better solution to unstuck a car?

You see it, there is nothing faked. But you see, the winch is very slowly...:-)
