All i need is a captain guide! Also would apreciate a hunter guide and a warden guide to gambits specifically and ways to get them to work more efficiently as possible. Im starting a new warden and have watched your guide once or twice already but the skills and rotations deserve a video of their own. Just an overall look at what gambits are more useful depending on situation and most used/easy
I really think I might need to just start over on my runekeeper lol. The class(and game in general) has changed so much since I last played regularly(back before the B/R/Y skill trees) lmao.
Is champion good for soloing content? New player either going champion or guardian and I want to be able to solo stuff, and by that I don't just mean normal landscape content, but also some group content.
Yellow Runekeeper is a really strong and fun class to play. It's relatively close combat for a magic class, but a lot of the skills are instant casts so it's very mobile, it has pretty decent AoE too and its rotation is pretty easy to understand.
The problem I see with fulgurate runestone is that it is one strike, whereas the red and blue line stones are AoE. I think it would be better if they could change it to do the same thing as the other two.
It's not one strike. If you cast it, it strikes, and then after that it does another 2 or even 3 strikes. It's really good imo, I lure a big group of enemies, use the runestone, then use Vivid Imagery to (often fatally) damage the whole group. Those who live are often finished off by the Runestone's secondary strikes.
I dont remember where, but i read that closing remarks is bad because it consumes the other two buffs and you cant refresh closing remarks, but you can maintain the two minor buffs forever. Anyone can confirm this?
You are half correct - A few updates ago, in top end DPS builds for Yellow RK, you did want to avoid Closing Remarks, as the burst damage from Epic Conclusion (EC) was not worth sacrificing your sustained, consistent damage from your other lightning skills. During this time, people would not trait for Closing Remarks or EC entirely, however, at least in the current update, it is worth traiting both traits, since EC has been buffed since then, and a few key features of the RK have been changed to favour EC in rotation again. You still can maintain both minor buffs forever if you don't trait Closing Remarks, but I would not recommend it (sacrificing EC is not worth it anymore).
Thanks!
Thanks!
Yessss, Yellow Runekeeper and Red Guardian are my favorite trees, love the attention to them!

Thanks so much for this. My favorite class and build. Love the yellow line, but switch to red when in groups.
Louey Great video! A red/blue landscape basic dps loremaster would be awesome
Would love to see an actual 'Starter Build" for leveling.
Which Traceries did you use on your LI's, and which stats are most important?

i mainly use red but should i have a yellow set of legendries as well for when you swap spec?
Yellow RK is great fun solo but sadly it lacks tracery choices compared to red and blue lines.
Hey
Would you consider RK a fun class? I tried Lore Master, but I found it very weird and not that fun.
Loremaster is made to be a bit different more about buffs and debuffs
