Awesome run down man. Thanks. I just recently picked up a 135is. No moonroof, no nav, 6 speed, Premium package, bluetooth, Le Mans blue paint. With relatively low miles...26k. This was a great intro to mods. I am gonna follow you except go with a single exhaust as I think it looks better. Also do some wheels, coilovers, LSD, sways, and brakes. Keep it up bro.

@@neuronaut8030 yup. even on a completely stock car lsd is one of the best mods you can do. I've heard these 135's get pretty squirrely with the open diff.

Nice video sir! I like your vlog style plus the car. I own a 2014 760li and I have been modding it. I am also thinking about getting a 135i or m235i. I think 135i can be made into a perfect sleeper - I just have to decide which car to get.

So, I'm curious how the sound is inside with the windows up. Normal driving vs hard acceleration. Had a ricer before the 135 I have now. Exhaust drone was insane, one long trip and I went back to stock. I know the fun level would outweigh some drone, but subject to long trips at times. I just don't want to dump cash into the system, only to just take it off.
Jackson P The car doesnt drone much unless at low rpm where the cars the loudest. It just sounds loud but doesn't really drone compared to my evo which i feel isn't as loud but has a lot more drone. I have a full exhaust video on the channel and you can see some clips of it there if you havent watched it yet!
Nice mods... I think now will he a good time to work on suspension and brakes.

Have you thought about upgrading your suspension? I found that when I added a tune to my 135i I started to get wheel hop so I upgraded my suspension. By the way thats the best quad exhaust that I've ever seen on a 135i. In my opinion your next mods should be (MCS) suspension with m3 bolt ons (M3 camber conversion kit with guide rods, bushings and upper/lower control arms) and an LSD.

Get a smoke test done, and check your logs see if you are under boost target if so, it's most likely a boost leak

No limited slip diff? I plan on buying a 2009 and the first thing I plan to do is install an LSD to make sure I can put power down to both wheels.

What’s your wheel set up? Looks like you have spacers. I have a 135is also and I’m thinking about getting spacers
Hugo Costello I have spacers in the rear, I don't remember what size haha, I actually forget I have them
Hugo Costello just know that putting spacers on tuned car will put more stress on the wheel bearings, suspension system and especially more tire wear. Run them for a few years and you'll start to notice, just a heads up👍
im about to order that rear diffuser, but does that fit right into the stock bumper? and should i get a shop to look at it first and see if they can do it before i order this? im trying to get this set up before christmas 🤤
It does fit the stock bumper, I didn't have any fitment issues. You can have a shop look at it if you'd like but they should be able to do it!
Primus Autowerks shit bet, roughly how much did you pay for your custom exhaust ? and how long did it take for you to get the diffuser, & the size of the tips on yours, its such an amazing set up i just want to make sure this looks as great as yours!
The tips are 3.5 inches. I can't really remember how long it took for the diffuser to get here since it was so long ago but I think around a month. I paid around $500 for the exhaust.

U did a intercooler there’s a loss in pressure that’s why ur at 16 psi not 18?psi
I had the intercooler when I was making 18 psi, so I don't think that's the issue. Was able to hit 18 psi again recently but I no longer have the car.

At the time I wasn't aware there were 2 different motors but if knowing then what I know now I would definitely have an n54.

Bro, throw A Tial BOV! Just put one on my 335i.

And honestly I'd like to see a clinched widebody. If not, at least change the wheels. I'm all about suspension and styling as well as practical gains in hp. That Z in my picture just has tsm wheels, d2 coilovers, meg racing strut bar, plasti dipped door handles and the rear has been debadged. As far as hp mods I'm running a nismo exhaust with deeper resonators and had my ECU flashed. As of right now I'm pushing 335 hp but that's all I need. Keep it simple. Now with a n55, I'd go bigger but still keep it reasonable
I'm not a fan of the clinched look in general. But one car I don't mind it on would be my Evo 8. I'm sure my car is making high 300 whp but it's also my daily so I'll add coilovers in the future but not too interested in modding the car much as of right now. Yeah my dad helped fund the car a bit but it took me like 2 and half years for just basic bolt ons which is quite a while but I'm grateful for his help. Stay tuned for more on the channel Dante and I both are trying to push all of our builds to the next level just give us some time !!
Stage 1 would be a waste and only cause you to spend more $ in the long run

Primus Autowerks right on, I learned the hard way with my 335i, was lucky enough to be able to recoup some of the loss by selling the stage 1’s. A big top mount will be what I do when I get another n54 6mt this time so my wife can’t steal it

how can you tell the difference between the 135i & the 135iS
It's a bit harder to tell when the car isn't stock. The 135is comes with the BMW performance exhaust, style 313 rims, and then the "135is" badge. That's about it from the exterior.

not true, the 2008 "year of the one" models are n54.
Mike the 2010 n54 is actually different than the 2008 (slightly) it is less prone to turbo problems and is a tiny bit more reliable
