KawaiiKiller Because we think he needs to be spending his time doing his job. Not making videos and going on talk shows and taking tons of vacations. We feel the same of all our politicians, especially after our government shut down and has threatened to shut down numerous times because they let things go on too long. Especially the Democrats.
We don't hate healthcare. What we hate is the unconstitutional Obamacare requirement that every American is suddenly REQUIRED to purchase full coverage health insurance. That the government LIED to us to pass the bill. For the people who earn a decent living, that health insurance now comes at jacked up prices, while more and more people find it easier to skate by on welfare or unemployment and let the government subsidize theirs (i.e. pay for it) using our tax dollars. It isn't a single system where everyone pays the same and gets the same. Young "invincibles" (young people who don't get sick or hurt) are also expected to pick up the slack (profit margin) for older Americans who generally have more healthcare needs. When that didn't really happen, and the younger generation decided they'd rather pay the fine instead of $1000 a month for health insurance, the insurance companies shat themselves and raised rates again. It's a clusterfuck.

Promoting healthcare.gov using social media tools is very clever. Anyone who sees this as somehow beneath the President, or evidence of his failure to address major concerns, doesn't realize how important health care is to every American. And I can say that for sure, because I'm Canadian.

The End Horizon i remember when i was 17. the point here isn't that he isn't allowed to act human. the point here is that social media isn't something you do when you're president of the free world. just as there are things you don't do when you're a nun or a school teacher. certain things go with certain jobs. now if he wants to continue drawing that paycheck that's so negligible, he should probably get in front of a camera and do something useful. like read the constitution, stop illegal immigration, balance a budget, tell his co-workers and subordinates to pay their bills. maybe he could convince the first lady to be a parent so that schools don't have to.

I think a president that is a lovable person is also very important. He is one of the few that tries to relate to the whole american population. His campaign started with getting in touch with more people and using the web as a very effective tool. It's nice to see a person that has the stresses that he has to have a little fun and laughs with the people; just look how much he's aged. He's going his job the best that he can whether or not you support him.
I just find politicians to be extremely boring and not having much of a life like how Bush is these days but when ever Obama does these kind of things it brings a smile to my face seeing that behind his political presence there is a real person who wants to break out.
