Albeit Biden does have decades of hands-on political erxperience while Michelle never held any office besides having been First Lady (which does account as experience in some way, I'd say, but might not be very much for actually running for a public function).
So it could maybe be (pure speculation here, people) more prudent if Biden would run with Michelle as his VP candidate, which would give her eight years to learn the ropes properly and then run as a well-prepared candidate in 2028 (and hopefully winning).

No, Michelle has been answering this question for years. She absolutely does not want to be president and already has post DC plans, which she described in this interview. In addition to that, she and Barack will be running the Obama Foundation and be heavily involved with educational aspects of his upcoming presidential library. I would much rather she work on those things, than running for the presidency, an office that's become more politics than meaningful policy. It's the nature of the current hyper-partisan, zero-sum style of politics in DC. That place is basically closed to any real solutions, at this point.
