The Milwaukee Limited Lifetime Warranty is limited to the original purchaser. From what I've seen, if you buy it from HD, you'll have to exchange the whole kit. (I'm not sure if this is still happening, but that's how it was early on, especially since they don't sell individuals at HD, like they do Husky tools). Or you can take it to an authorized Milwaukee repair shop and get a new one. But have your receipt.
This one doesn’t have any screwdriver bits. Allen bits are the other stuff that they usually charge you for in a regular set this one is actual sockets, ratchet, extensions, and swivel.
